We had limited time to look for houses because we were living outside the country before we purchased our home in Lafayette. Bethany went above and beyond to communicate with us even with a 6 hour time difference and limited access to normal contact methods. She is an expert in the area and knows every part of town and what to expect for prices and availability in the different neighbors. She really listened to what we wanted and took extra time to make sure we saw every house we wanted. I was especially impressed with her commitment to helping us out after we purchased our home and before we could get moved in. She was there with us every step of the way and made moving half way across the globe a much easier experience than I could have imagined.

She did everything in her power to make buying a home a smooth experience. She was great at giving advice while looking at houses--she wanted us to pick an house in a neighborhood that would appreciate in value over time. She also put us in touch with a great lender and advocated for us as buyers during negotiations with the sellers. I highly recommend using JJ's services to find your first home.

Stallard and Schuh, specifically their Closing Manager, Jackie Kelly, is neither professional nor adequate.
