He literally fixed in less than 20 minutes and places protective screen cover to prevent other accidents. He pointed out all the areas they could be getting into the house and recommended ways to deter the mice and prevent them from getting in. I think I've thought through a lot of issues, but some that we discussed I had not thought of. I REALLY appreciate their taking their time to talk to a total stranger.
