I hit a dear with my VW Jetta one evening. It damaged the right front of the car. I took it to Kel-Abby. They got to it the middle of July. When I picked it up I found that some of the "under side" fairings where improperly installed. I asked to fix and they did but would not allow me into the shop to look directly due to "insurance" requirements. The next day I discovered the dip stick tube was broken. I took it back and received a rather hostile reception. I finally got a new dip stick tube an installed myself. However the car never seemed to drive with the same pep it had before. Finally I took it to another shop. We found that the tube running from the turbocharger to the intercooler had a cut seal ring and was leaking. The gasket was hanging out of the joint and couldn't be seen from above. This is located in the right front of the car where the damaged had been repaired. We also found the under body fairing broken. It was new when Kel-Abby started the job. So, another $100 to repair what should've been done right the first time. Just so you know. If runs fine now. Parker and his crew have always been fantastic. They have fixed several of our vehicles throughout the years. Always top-notch service. On our youngest son's vehicle, they were able to pop out the bumper without having to do any repair and saved us the deductible. read more

Unfortunately, this is the third time I've had to use the services of Kel-Aby. Just like the first two, they repaired my vehicles in an excellent, timely manner. I couldn't have asked for any better service. They scheduled me in when they already had a backlog of work and repaired my truck in just a few days, when it could have taken over two weeks. Everyone associated with Kel-Abby were highly professional and extremely courteous. I highly recommend this collision center. read more

Parker and the employees at Kel-Abby have been taking care of our family for years. They always go above and beyond in that many times they have done extra work and never asked for more payment. They really do treat us like family, and it's so nice to know you can trust them with your vehicle. They have now helped us with 3 different vehicles (2 suburbans and a Buick Envision) and each one was restored to better than before the accident. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more
