Yes, customer service here is spotty as it's a large facility so it's tough to accommodate every customer at one time. Plenty of checkout lines during the day including self-checkout line. At night, the lines are limited. Most self checkout lines are closed at night. This causes a bottle neck especially if there is only 1 check out line to accommodate all the remaining customers. I discovered this store when driving by and saw a good price on Chuck Roasts on their electronic billboard. We stopped and I bought a bunch of meat to freeze. Very good beef and pork so far. They have a in-store bakery, deli, small produce department, and a good selection of merchandise. Some prices are high, but like I said I come to stock up on sale items. Have been back several times. Perhaps it bothers people that they have to walk around and find things on their own, perhaps they suspect there will be a search box by the front door where they can type in "Beer" and some blue vested person will come running with a cart full of cans or bottles. All I know that I have always received the same level of customer service I have expected from a large box store: fair to good. When I want better service and products, I go to specialty stores and pay a whole lot more. So you just keep being you Walmart. The customers will continue to come and buy your goods, stop in at Subway, pick through the clearance aisle, impulse buy at the checkouts, and complain about every little thing.
