Great customer service. I ordered a burger from the grill. It was a large half pound patty, and it came with tater tots. The burger was juicy and still a bit pink in the center, which I enjoyed. It was just under $7 for the meal. Much cheaper, better tasting, and a larger burger compared to other local burger options. I really have loved the Hyvee stores through the years! two things have really upset me about the Worthington MN store.. Number one is the fact that they no longer have a bakery. Their bakery was always top notch, delicious and fresh! Just a bad move on Hyvee's part to take that away when the entire town has no bakery. The Bakery buns we have gotten at Hyvee recently have been hard and heavy not light and fresh. Number 2...who is in charge?? no adults in sight. Not that young people can't do a good job but the customer service person who refunded my money when I was overcharged could not figure out how to make change. When I opted for a self checkout when the other checkouts were full and people were lined up, I felt like a shop lifter the way they stood there and eagle eyed me..and, the checkouts r gross, they need wiping down. Gone r the days of a helpful smile in every aisle. there was a reason people loved Hyvee. It a was clean, hometown customer oriented place where they still packed ur groceries in the car for u and people were friendly. I'm going to fareway. read more

I ordered a burger from hyvee thinking I was going to have a good bite of food. Then when I finally bit into the burger thinking it was done properly. It squirted out blood and was red in the middle. Food should not be done like this. Very disappointed. read more

Wow wow wow. I've been to a lot of grocery stores in my life or so I might think , but this place was a knockout Beyond knockout. I mean clean as a whistle I mean a fruit Department that was stunningly beautiful I mean a meat counter with so many choices and great-looking prices. A wonderful selection of fish , The Fabulous Bakery counter comma and the salad bar / fruit counter that was marvelous I had blueberries raspberries and watermelon all prepared for me I love this place. I've never been to a Hy-Vee until I went here. (We don't have this store in Tennessee.) Awesome service and awesome food selections. 10/10!

Great lunch choice in this town. Awesome range of food and a sit-down restaurant in which to either order from the menu or walk in with your 5-pound salad. There are all you can eat choices or by the trip. Clean, inexpensive and great service. Don't be fooled by the grocery store location. It's good food and a good place to eat it. read more

Organic produce, not much, but can get basics plus kale, and a bulk food section with health food items that not all HyVees carry. Upgrading a star as they keep getting better service wise. And we finally sucked it up and got that silly Fuel Saver card, amd ol and behold, that puppy paid off, as when we fuel up we can quite a discount off per gallon not just per fill up, as I had thought. read more

We bought Chinese food and calzones (both were buy one get one free) and ate them in the Market Cafe, which has table service, music, comfortable tables and booths (as well as wine by the glass and beer (on tap and bottles)). So, for less than $15, we had a nice restaurant meal for 4. The calzones were straight out of the oven and absolutely delicious. All the employees we encountered were polite (and seemed reasonably happy). We're gonna seek out Hy-Vees for the rest of our road trip. read more

My kids love this place; so many options for food. Today was a $7- 1/2# burger deal. It was delicious!! Fresh tasting food, generous portions, variety of drinks as well as beer and wine. The Market Cafe is a nice little wifi hotspot with beer on tap, quiet ambience, big screens, and some of the friendliest staff I've experienced. The West O Smoked Red Lager on tap is worth the pour. I have gone in day and night and it always seems like their day shift stockers don't do much but when I've gone in at night I see the night shift people working their butt's off. What is the hole purpose of having day stockers if they aren't doing much. You are paying them for nothing. The day people tend to be rude as well. Starting to get as bad as Walmart. Night stock people seem like they don't even have the time to help customers with all the work they have to do. I'm sure the pay is not that good for the way they are working. Not fair to have your worker's to not be treated the same with a low pay while day stockers don't really do much and to have them be rude to customers. Fire day stock worker's and get new one's that will actually be kind to customers and pull their weight in work. read more
