One of the most frustrating things is how skimpy they are with their drinks. I ask for no foam on my latte - so instead of frothing the milk less, they scoop out a full inch of foam and leave me with a 3/4 full drink. Not what I paid for. Or they ignore me and put 2 inches of foam on top. There is no in between, and it has happened every single time I've come here (10+ visits in the past 2 months). When my husband asks for less ice in his iced drinks, they either ignore his request and fill the cup absolutely full of ice, OR they put a few ice cubes but only fill the drink 2/3 full. I understand they're trying to save margins, but really? It's already a $6 drink, you can't spare 3 extra ounces? There is a decent rewards program when you download the app. Just scan before paying and you rack up points pretty quickly. They also have "double smile days" where you can get double points, just like Starbucks. However, for quality of drinks and friendliness of staff, I'd much rather go to Starbucks. Hopefully they can get some of the kinks worked out, or we won't be coming here any more. We keep giving them chances, but we're often disappointed.
