I was assigned a case handler whom consistently ignored or did not responded to my emails or enquiries, I would consisterly have to make an effort to try and get a hold of someone in the firm to to understand updates with my case. It got so bad that the firm partner had to personally handle the case and proceedings. I was offered discount on my soliciting fees, but the stress of having to chase consistently was not worth it. I personally would not look to use them again.

I honestly would have been better off representing myself !
