There are many photographers in DFW, just like there are real estate agents - but there are few who hit 5 stars in every aspect of the experience. The first time I used Snappr Media for photography, I was in a time pinch with a holiday, weekend, & last minute listing photos needed. From the moment I reached out, (which was after hours and on a weekend btw), he responded within an hour. Communicative, professional, friendly, easy going, brings the calm even when everyone in the room is stressed, and actually makes the experience fun. On top of that, his prices are spot on, incredibly reasonable for the tremendous value & quality of the photos and video. He's punctual, delivers as promised, exceeds expectations. He's passionate about what he does, & passionate about helping people through his incredible skill. Editing turnaround time was faster than any photographer could do for me. Every single category, 5 stars! He's the man. You will be so grateful you chose him; I know I am!

I booked four days in advance, and they waited until the last three hours to try to reschedule--completely unacceptable. After sending several messages trying to find a compromise, she stopped responding. The next week she contacted me again. I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.
