Family Pastor was able to get in touch with us on April 20, 2 days after paying the deposit. When called to let him now we wouldn't be needing him, was informed we would not get our deposit back. No refunds within 30 days of the ceremony. Meaning it didnt matter we had just booked 2 days ago, because we booked 26 days before the wedding, meant he would and did keep the entire deposit. No explanation. No attempt to help. Just rude and dismissive. We weren't being difficult or demanding -- just trying to understand what we were paying for. It's clear the owner has no interest in providing a welcoming or professional experience. If you're hoping for a fun, family-friendly activity with decent customer service, skip this place. We explained our tight schedule and desires to Ben and our location on the lake. Ben visited the marina our boat would be docked at different times of the day to scout the conditions and got back to us with the best time to meet for pics. We met at 7:30 am and it was obvious the advance work Ben had put in and it helped with the setup. He also listened to what my daughter wanted and incorporated those wishes into the session.
