They can definitely be tough to get a hold of for whatever reason I didn't have any troubles when I was booking the reservation but as I was trying to add to the reservation it became really difficult to get a hold of them however the owner did call me the day before the reservation and I was able to make adjustments as needed so that was nice on short notice. The delivery and pick up went very smooth and of course the product itself is fantastic. I would definitely rent from them again in the future. It felt nice to support a local company. It was super clean inside and did NOT have a smell like others we have rented from different companies in the past. We also did the cotton candy machine, the kids of course loved it and all went for seconds and some went for thirds. Super simple to make and fun for the kids to watch. I really musty say that I was truly impressed with this company. About 2 hours after selecting the bouncer I want I from their website, i got a call from the company's reps, confirming the date time I need the equipment. The equipment was delivered on time and is clean. The bounce house we got was almost brand new, (it held the air well and was nice and firm, its easy to tell when a bouncer has leaks here and there). What I also like is that their staff is in touch with me, confirming if the equipment was setup right, and the balloon maker confirmed his time, then if the the ballon maker arrived on time. That tells me that this is a good company to deal with! I mentioned the balloon maker, which we got. Roger the balloon maker really made the party more enjoyable for the kids and adults. All the kids were entertained by him, he interacted and engaged the kids really well!!! I highly recommend this company..
