My experience was not very good. I requested information online, which should have been automated. I was unable to receive a response for several weeks, and when I finally did, my request for information was denied. By the time I was able to try again, I was already stuck in a different rental, and the rental that I was inquiring about sat in the market for almost a year before I noticed someone move in to it, which was extremely strange for such a prominent and good looking rental. Tyler went above and beyond in the sale of my late brother's home. Because I live out of state, I was only able to be in Lafayette for a short period of time. Without his help, it would have meant many trips back and forth at great expense to me. He was able to oversee the "emptying" of the house and make sure the house looked great for prospective buyers. Keaty Real Estate Property Management is the worst property management in the state of Louisiana, possibly even stretching as far as Texas. The property managers do not care about the properties. If you are a property owner looking for a third-party to manage your units, please continue to look. If you are someone looking to rent/own, Keaty Real Estate will help you to lose your sanity in your own home. The property managers do not respond to your maintenance requests, they simply click whatever button that sends an automated message. They do not take the time to reach back out to you, they do not consistently maintain their units for the safety of their tenants. - As a tenant I submitted over 15+ maintenance requests for 1 issue. The same maintenance request. To fix an A.C. Unit that consistently stayed at a temperature of 93+ degrees. Why am I sweating on my couch at 9:00 at night? Why does my child have to pour water on herself to cool down? Just disgraceful, actually shameful management of properties. Please, do yourself a favor, and find a different property manager that actually cares about their tenants. read more

I thought Keaty was a great company because they fixed things quickly but never listened to the days you requested. My family and I did not live in the property for 6 months and at the end the house looked the same as it did when I moved in except a couple of little wear and tears. I was charged almost $600 from my security deposit. 2 of the items they charged for I agree with but charging me $20 for light bulbs that wear not blown is crazy, 400 for painting and repairs saying it's 50 per hour when there's video to show there's little to know worked needed. And 120 or so for Cleaning when you charged 400 for repairs and I hired a cleaner. I WILL NEVER USE KEATY or recommend them again read more

If someone named Josh Minczeski contacts you, get ready to speak to someone incompetent, unknowledgeable and completely unprofessional. I knew more about the property in question than he did. I had a specific property to see and he told me it is not their policy to just meet clients at properties. He tried to get me in his office to do some sort of profile when I let him know there was only one property I was interested in. I asked him not to contact me again. Guess what? He continued to email me condescending emails and refused to leave me alone when I asked him to. Please use another realtor at this company if you choose Keaty. read more
