My rent started out at 800.... Now I'm paying 975 for " amenity fee " that they haven't even started building / opening to the public. 2. My stove and dishwasher / garbage disposal has been broken for over a month and still no one has fixed it. 3. Gas lighting me about how I don't need an exterminator 4. Randomly turning water off with no warning at the most inconvenient times and keeping it off for hours... These are shitty reasons but TODAY I have drawn the line!!! There was not ONCE an email or call telling me to move the things off my balcony..... whoever decided upon them selves to move my PLANTS for me. KILLED ALMOST ALL MY PLANTS I've been working SO HARD to grow... they literally stacked my vegetable/ herb pots on top of each other smushing them.... I thought I had some survivors right? This would normally not go against the property but with the frequency of events, I'd suggest installing gates or hiring security patrols. Also, let's not get started on the pool and how we have sooooo many outsiders that are invited by their family members so we can not enjoy the pool when we would like to. Management sends out letters stating two guest per apartment but we have entire families with at least 10 or more people. They let random people into the pool without a key fob. Also, there seems to be a disconnect between maintenance and office staff when it comes to ordering supplies and making sure repairs are not left for weeks without being completed. The maintenance garage is a mess. I do not know how they find stuff in there. Very unorganized. But once you stay on top of maintenance issues it's fine but we shouldn't have to keep calling the office over and over. Need a better system. The one you have is not working.

I was denied a copy of our lease both times that we signed. I did not get a copy until the last month there when they refused to let us out of our lease and I had to get my attorney involved. We followed all of their rules to move out yet they retired to keep us there against our will. They finally read they own contact and it turned out I was right, yet they never admitted it or apologised for putting us through hell. Also the gate was always broken, so we payed extra to live in a gated community that was never actualy gated. On the upside, the grounds where very nice. We loved the pond and the two pools. The apartment where beautiful with very large rooms. But we hated living there!!

My daughter and I enjoyed using the pool areas, tennis court and work out room. Our apartment was very large and accommodated all our living needs. We only had one maintenance problem the time we lived there and the problem was solved promptly. Had we not moved to Dallas we would still be living there.
