Ok- one super satisfied customer here, party success! I had attended an event where this company, Kealoha Events, had supplied 3 characters, and I totally remembered how much the kids all loved them. So, I booked the Character, Stitch, for our birthday using their site- & it was super user friendly. The party was outside, early evening, and in the high 80's to 90's, temperature-wise. The Character arrived with Sean, who was the one directing and leading the activities. They played hot potato, musical chairs, had a cookie eating contest, and danced. Stitch posed for lots of pictures and Stitch made his way around to greet and mingle with guests, both the kids and adults. Balloons were blown up to play with, and Stitch hung out right by the birthday girl when it was time for cake and The Happy Birthday Song. They came with their own sound system, and even added in a requested song to the set. I just needed to have an outlet available, super easy. I booked online, but also spoke with Sean on the phone, and he clarified any questions I had, as well as provided me with detailed info. I received emails and phone calls for confirmation and updates. I was so pleased that the Stitch (Parody) Character, as it was listed on their site, was available on 626 Day (Stitch Day). Might I say...that costume was actually really well made, and authentic looking. Sometimes characters are like a close 2nd, or kinda resemble one you'd hoped it would be- not the case here, I was so pleased! They stayed for one hour, and helped to create fun memories for all the guests! Sean shared with me that there are many characters, bounce houses, etc. to choose from- so I went back to the site, and I was in awe! I had really just looked up the character we wanted to book, but there are really so many options- and the slides and bounce houses listed too look cool! So overall, the amount of interaction between the character and guests for that hour- great! Based on our whole party experience, I would definitely recommend booking with them. And expect me to be there 2 days later to perform. You could be exposing people children's to sex offender or worst. You should be more thoughtful on hiding your employee. I have used bounce houses from Kealoha events twice now and both times, they came and delivered in a timely manner and picked up in a timely manner as well. The bounce houses were clean and they had a great variety to choose from. The booking process was easy and they were extremely accommodating one year when the weather didn't cooperate and I was able to exchange the bounce house for a character. I really appreciated their flexibility as my son's birthday is in March and the weather can be unpredictable for outdoor events. Great service! read more

Do NOT rent anything from this business. I rented a "Fog Machine" (no make or model) for $130/day only to find out the same machine can be purchased on Amazon for $75. What a rip off! Wonderful customer service! I called Kealoha Events last minute on the day of my nieces birthday during a pandemic. She was supposed to be spending her birthday in Disneyland but her plans were cancelled with Shelter in Place. We asked the Kealoha team if they could assist in making her birthday special and they delivered! We ordered Minnie Mouse and they gave us a custom package to honor social distancing during this time. They did a drive by with Minnie on the tailgate - bubble machine and birthday sign in tow. After driving by a few times, Minnie got out to give the bday girl a special card, balloons and started a dance party in the driveway. Extremely unprofessional! Owner is unorganized, shady, and rude! My sister had used them in the past and said that the MC was a jerk to the girl in the costume but I decided to give them a chance anyway since they were the only company available with the character I wanted. I contacted them and spoke with the owner who seemed incapable of booking a simple kid's birthday party and sending me a revised invoice. I received a text from him late at night reminding me to check my email even though he had not sent the revisions I had requested. The next morning I received a call from him threatening to cancel the party although, again, I hadn't received the correct invoice? As a business owner myself, I never leave bad reviews but this is simply unacceptable. read more

We had Kealoha do our kids' combo birthday party and they were great! The awesome actors showed up (we had a Star Wars theme) and were super nice. They did games with the kids and it was absolutely fantastic. The photo booth we got was a total hit. The kids LOVED it and so did the parents! I couldn't recommend them enough for a party. I have been using kealoha and Sean's team since I moved to Visalia in 2014. I have been always taken aback by the wide variety of characters and games and general entertainment for my boys (I have 4) range from 1 to 6 years old . But what happened this month tops the cake . My original party entertainment canceled on my same day for my kids 5th Bday. I was heartbroken and furious to say the least since I will have a bunch of toddlers including my bday boy completely disappointed for his big day . I was desperate but I had hope I texted Sean at 11am same day as the party and explained my sob story , as usual he was booked for the day and 45 min away from my party . He talked to his team and he expressed his frustration of what I'm going thru and he said I want your son to have the best bday party so I'm going to move my schedule around to be there for you and him. I was in tears (pregnancy hormones didn't help). He came to the party on time brought forky from toy story and the whole party was a blast . Sean, the owner, took this party to an absolutely unexpected level. I requested that Mario and Sonic meet my child after school on his birthday. They were early and ready to perform and perform they did!! Not only did they provide the service that was contracted, they added an entire party!! Games which included prizes, balloons, music and a dance party. I just had to take pictures of "the over the top party" that this company provided.
