I called on a Saturday, because I was in the area, and left a voicemail asking if she had time to see me. I heard nothing back and wasn't surprised or disappointed. I could see her after I made an appointment..but then, the next day and on to Monday, I received phone calls and voicemails chastising me for not giving her notice. I agreed with that and apologized. Then she left me another rant and told me I owed her $20.00 for the the time I kept her waiting..WHAT? I didn't talk to her, only the messages. We've never met. I never had an appointment with her.
