We booked with them through the concierge and they made it super easy. They pick you up from your hotel at your given time and voila! Tour time! Since we booked through the hotel we also trusted the company more - I mean the hotel wouldn't send us off with some crazy people right?!? The guy that picked us up from the hotel, I believe was the owner. He was a character and personable guy. He proceeded to pick up the rest of the attendees at their hotels. Once we had the whole bunch of tourists we switched buses with a different driver. He was nice as well and pointed out some things to us on our 45 minute drive to the Everglades Park. Seems like this tour is the middle man between the hotel and the Everglades Holiday Park. They pick you up, take you by bus to the park, drop you off, and they include a souvenir photo. By the time we headed back to our hotels we were all kind of tired and the driver put on the show Gator Boys from Animal Planet to watch. The show is filmed at the park we visited and we met one of them so we felt almost invested in watching this show now. I don't think I'll ever watch it again but it was something to do one our long drive back. Overall I would highly recommend if you are at a hotel and don't have a car. If you have a car of your own I might suggest looking into boat tour times at the park itself, drive yourself there, and bypass this company. But if you're a tourist like me, then I would highly recommend!

Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.

I'm so glad we booked online because it seems like if you book in person they upsell you like crazy. I saw people with "VIP" stickers - VIP means nothing. At best dishonest and at worst, predatory. Once you book they tell you that you'll need to pay in person a half hour before your trip, which for us was 8:30. Once we paid, we were on the bus and moving AT 9 am, so make sure you are punctual. When we arrived to pay 8:30 am, the people at the counter were annoyed that we were there (we must have interrupted their social hour) and told us at their systems were down so we HAD to pay by cash. Ok, sure. It ended up being $65 instead of $58. Keep in mind that every driver and tour guide you have with this company will be aggressively nudging you for tips. The bus seats are very dirty and the stairs are narrow as heck. I saw this tour was advertised as completely accessible. This is not true. If you are a wheelchair user, do not book this tour. The ride wasn't very educational (you can learn more by Wikipedia), but it would have cost us more in car rental or Ubers to explore the city ourselves, so it gains one star for that. The tour guide was also pausing his "tour" to yell at every single person who looked to be a tourist that we were on a tour and they should join us. We were told this tour would be 2.5 hours with an hour lunch break. We were at the office at 8:30 to check in like they requested, and didn't get back to our starting point until 1:30 pm. The only way we could've gotten back earlier would've been to ditch the bus and get an uber or Lyft. At about 11 am, the driver and tour guide dropped us at a glorified bus station (fake turf, 2 toilets, 2 food trucks, a bar, and cornhole) for over an hour, after promising we'd be gone in a half hour and vaguely threatening us to be on time. We did not leave that bus station until 12:30. I called the main office twice to check where our bus was and if they were even still coming to pick us up. An hour and a half wait is insane especially when you expect a half hour. We also did not purchase a boat tour (thank god) so we had to wait on the bus as they tried to get more customers and stopped at every bus stop between the Marina and their office on Lincoln. We didn't get off the bus from 12:30-1:30, and were vaguely laughed at when we asked the ETA. IDK, we had some good points of this tour, but we were not expecting for a FIVE HOUR expedition where they tried to upsell us at every turn, and then treated us like nothing when we didn't pay more or didn't have extra cash to tip since we didn't know we had to pay in cash for the tickets. We lucked out by booking the 9 am otherwise our entire day would've been wasted by being held hostage by this tour company. We were lucky to have the rest of the day after we were finally dropped off at 1:30.

Imagine being trapped on a bus for more than seven hours with the overwhelming smell of someone else's sewage. It was nauseating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Instead of immediately correcting the problem, we were forced to spend our own money on air fresheners and cleaning products just to make the ride somewhat bearable. The driver showed little urgency because he wasn't sitting in the back where the smell was the strongest. It wasn't until passengers refused to get back on the bus that the owner finally instructed the driver to empty the waste tank. We hoped that would be the end of it. It wasn't. On the return trip, while driving through heavy rain, the roof began leaking onto passengers and their belongings. When the owner was contacted, rather than expressing concern, he claimed he reviewed the bus cameras and "didn't see" any leak. It's hard to understand how a camera could dismiss what an entire bus full of passengers witnessed firsthand. After spending thousands of dollars, we were left with a dirty bus, unbearable odors, a leaking roof, damaged belongings, and a level of customer service that made us feel like our concerns simply didn't matter. The only resolution offered? A discount on a future trip. Respectfully, no thank you. A company earns trust by how it responds when something goes wrong. In this case, there was no accountability, no genuine apology, and no meaningful effort to make things right. My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: be cautious. Businesses that require full payment upfront should still be held accountable for delivering the quality and professionalism they promised. From the moment we boarded, there was an unpleasant odor on the bus. By our first stop, the smell had become overwhelming. The bus was filled with the odor of urine and feces, even though no one from our group had used the onboard restroom. The smell became so bad that passengers could not comfortably sit in the back of the bus. In an effort to make the trip bearable, we purchased bleach and air freshener ourselves. Troop leaders repeatedly sprayed disinfectant and air freshener before the children boarded. We also asked the driver to have the restroom emptied and cleaned, and parents even provided locations where the restroom could be serviced. The issue persisted throughout much of the trip. What was most disappointing was the response from the owner when we raised our concerns. We were told that the company was "a bus service, not a cleaning service." Cleanliness and sanitation should be a basic expectation when transporting passengers--especially children. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend inspecting any bus thoroughly before departure. No group should have to endure hours of travel in those conditions. It's one thing to be informed on Miami history, culture, and trends. If you ever needed to build a trivia team but lacking on Southern Florida expertise, Andrew would be your guy. While being informative is helpful, what made our experience enjoyable was Andrew's hospitality. He was extremely kind and courteous in making sure we were satisfied. He answered all my questions of curiosity. He gave insights that not many could have given. After being picked up in Ft Lauderdale, he drove us to Coconut Grove and then to Little Havana (where we had a chance to get out and be among the Cuban influence). We then went through downtown Miami and were given an option to be dropped off by the harbor or on South Beach. It was a no-brainer for us as we wanted to see South Beach. So we were given about six hours on our own at South Beach. The timing worked perfectly for us as we ate lunch (great Cuban place - Puerto Sagua), walked all around South Beach, squeezed in a dinner, before being picked up and driven back to FtL. We enjoyed this experience very much. I highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Miami or nearby.
