Kelsey was our photographer for my husband and my engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, & wedding! She was an actual angel, she was the wave of calm and professionalism on a hectic day! Kelsey knows her way around the wedding day, you can put your absolute trust into her! Her ability to capture such beautiful photos is breathtaking- her style of photography is stunning and left me in tears thinking and seeing the beautiful moments on our special day! I cannot recommend Kelsey enough. I will be using her again in the future!
I cannot recommend Kelsey and KDN more! I hired her for our wedding in January, 24. She did our engagement pictures and those were fantastic and everything I could have asked for. Then our wedding!! It was pouring rain, and she put on a rain coat and went to work. The pictures she took were breathtaking and captured the moment and passion of the day. Even with the rain the pictures were beautiful! I received the final pictures about a month after the wedding. I would hire her again and recommend her services to any bride!
We couldn't recommend Kelsey enough and are beyond grateful we hired her for our wedding!! My husband and I were blown away at how Kelsey was able to capture the energy and emotion of the day through her photos. Our journey with Kelsey started with an engagement shoot. David and I are not the type to often take pictures. Both of us wondered if taking engagement pictures would feel like taking awkward prom photos? All of that instantly washed away at our engagement shoot. Kelsey gives such clear guidance and ideas but most importantly just captured us as we are. She is truly gifted at what she does and we love that she is able to capture candid moments as they truly are! Kelsey has a loving disposition and brought great energy to the wedding day. She was low stress and was cracking us up during our photos. She has that energy that instantly puts you at ease and you feel like you meet your new best friend. We are IN LOVE with our wedding photos- they've blown us away and we are grateful to not only have beautiful photos, but also a snapshot that captures the magical essence of our wedding day.
I found Kelsey on instagram when I was searching for someone to do my maternity photos. She was super accommodating and so sweet! My husband hates taking pictures and she was so great with making it look like he was a natural! The pictures turned out incredible! I can't wait to work with her again!
This review is quite late, as Kelsey photographed my wedding back in August 2023. That said, she deserves a glowing review no matter how long it's been! She is truly a rock star at what she does. Prior to contacting her, I had done a ton of online research (stalking) of local photographers for our engagement and wedding photos. Being in Southern CA, there are a ton of options varying in both style and cost. I immediately fell in love with the way she captures light and the overall vibe of a wedding. She really has a gift. Booking with her was super easy, she's great at communicating the process of it all for those who have never been through it before. We scheduled our engagement shoot and she rocked that session as well. Both my husband and I felt like we had known her forever and were instantly comfortable. Fast forward to the wedding day and honestly I had zero worries about anything she was doing. We had coordinated a few details but she really just showed up, did her thing and my husband and I just listened to whatever she said! I cannot explain to you how nice it was to have someone essentially be around you for the entire day and allow you to still have the best experience and enjoy your wedding day. Both Kelsey and her assistant shooter worked seamlessly (as far as I could tell) with our videographer. She delivered the final photos just as she said she would and when I tell you I am in love with them - I cannot say it enough. Everything was perfect. All in all, if you are lucky enough to work with her, you will not be disappointed. Now that our family is growing, I'd love to work with her again on some family pics!
Kelsey was our wedding photographer last month and she was the greatest!! We first met Kelsey during our engagement shoot and she made us feel absolutely comfortable! As a couple, we are normally camera shy but from the second she greeted us, we felt at complete ease. Our wedding photos turned out amazing and we can't wait to print them all! I highly recommend having Kelsey as a photographer as she is flexible to your schedule, budgeting, and traveling! She will go out of her way to make sure she captures all of our special moments!
Kelsey did an absolutely phenomenal job shooting our wedding! First of all we had a destination wedding and she showed up right on time ready to work with such a sweet, genuine presence. She made me, my family and wedding party feel so comfortable as we started to shoot. She gave excellent directions to get just the right shots. She was patient but also took command of the room to get it done which with my big, loud family was really clutch. She knew just the right shots to capture all the special moments you want to remember, and her direction with the poses to make us look like we knew what we were doing. One of my favorite things was all the detail shots she took of our wedding, it goes by so fast that we were able to relive it all seeing the photos. I honestly couldn't be happier! If your looking for a professional, charming, grade A photographer look no further, she IS your girl.

I am only 6 months late writing this review, but seriously can't say enough about Kelsey! She is very responsive and so incredibly gracious and friendly. For both our Engagement Photos and our wedding photos, Kelsey made us feel entirely at ease. Both my husband and I had never done professional photos before, so naturally, we were feeling a bit uncomfortable and not really sure what to expect. Kelsey gave great direction and made us feel so comfortable and confident in what we were doing. During our wedding, we had a large group to get in pictures and she was great at gathering everyone to get the photos I wanted to capture our special day. She could command the large crowd and give clear instructions. She was the ultimate hype woman, and was willing to go the extra mile in making sure our pictures turned out incredible. And to top it all off, she captured some amazing reception photos that were candid and so fun to look back on. I am still obsessed with them to this day - they are absolutely breathtaking. You should DEFINITELY book Kelsey for you wedding - you won't be disappointed. I hope I get to work with Kelsey in the future!!
Kelsey is such a joy to work with!! Finding a photographer can be overwhelming since you never know if their style truly matches your vision but Kelsey did a great job!! We had a great package and we met her at our engagement shoot, we were very shy at first. Lol. Having Kelsey as our wedding photographer was the best decision we could have taken, she is simply the best! She is very professional and very sweet. You never feel nervous or awkward when posing and she is always there to reassure and hype you (trust me it's a must to have someone hyping you up). The pictures that she took were so breathtaking. If you need engagement photos done. PICK KELSEY! My god did she do a phenomenal job. We're from the east coast and we're here temporarily and wanted to get our engagement photos done here since it's cali and it's awesome and we found the best gem here. We originally were going to go to San Diego. She had a spot lined up but due to weather we had to do a quick change on the day we were going to meet up to laguna beach and we couldn't be happier. She was super professional and not really knowing us that well was able to catch our personalities and love perfectly. She definitely knows what she's doing and she edits incredibly. She had a backlog of work and quoted us a month and we still got them on time. And her prices are awesome! WAY cheaper than anyone else out here and the quality is top level. I HIGHLY recommend Kelsey. You won't be disappointed
I was lucky enough to find Kelsey through instagram and my wedding planner, as soon as I saw her photos I knew immediately I wanted her for my backyard wedding in December. Kelsey is so amazing and easy to work with, me and my family loved her!! My husband and I aren't into taking pictures so we really had no idea what we were doing, but Kelsey directed us and kept us in our comfort zone, she seemed to just know exactly what we needed and what would work for us and keep us stress free. She gave us the most beautiful photos, and I will be calling her in the future for any professional photography needs. I can't recommend her highly enough, she's so talented and a great human to work with

We chose Kelsey for our engagement and wedding photographer and she was INCREDIBLE! She was so professional and on top of things, while also being so kind and fun to be around! It really helped make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She was also very flexible, especially in light of COVID, and worked with us to create a package that captured everything we hoped for (and for a reasonable price). The pictures themselves are stunning and we are completely obsessed with them! Between the engagement photos and the photos from our big day, we are just so happy because our favorite little moments from this time have been captured in such a beautiful way. And honestly, she was a rockstar the day of the wedding. With so much going on, she captured it all and even kept everyone in line during the craziness of family portraits when everyone was wandering around. She was also so efficient, so we had plenty of time to join the party and enjoy our day. And don't even get me started on the photos from later in the night when everyone was dancing - seriously the best! Kels!!! My hype girl photographer. We had Kelsey shoot our wedding on may 4, 2024. She also shot our engagement photos and my boudoir shoot. Literally 10/10. She was so easy to communicate with, made every day and moment smooth and easy. I love her style and the way she captures special moments. Looking back on the photos she took allowed us to relive our wedding day over and over. I truly wouldn't recommend anyone else to photograph your wedding or any special event. Thank you Kels!! Kelsey photographed our August 2021 wedding and traveled to Lake Tahoe, Nevada for our special day. Kelsey went above and beyond on our wedding photography from the very beginning from booking to the actual day-of. When it came to rebooking our 2020 wedding due to COVID, she was completely understanding and worked with us to ensure she was available for our new 2021 date. On the day-of she coached us on posing and captured the most romantic candid moments between us. She has an amazing eye for lighting, and was flexible with any extra photography requests day-of. Kelsey is kind, poised, your hype-woman, and photography expert. I don't have enough good things to say about our experience with Kelsey!! We fell in love with Kelsey's style, but we're disappointed to find out she was already booked on our wedding day. Kelsey offered to have an associate shooter capture our day, and Kelsey would be the one to edit them. I was incredibly nervous but Kelsey assured us we would never know the difference, and she delivered!! Kelsey shot our engagement photos, and she made the experience so fun and natural. On the day of our wedding, we met Kelsey's associate (Michelle) and the second shooter (Lindsey), and they matched Kelsey's energy better than we expected. The whole process was seamless and we continued to have Kelsey as our contact throughout. We just received our pictures, and Kelsey, Michelle, and Lindsey did an AMAZING job. The entire team provided all we hoped for, plus more. I would not hesitate to hire Kelsey or work with her and her associates! read more

We did our engagement photos with Kelsey and we could not be more in love. She made us feel so comfortable and we had the most fun with her!
