The staff here are fully English-speaking and if you're lucky, both of you will be singing along to the wicked tunes playing in the background. They're also young but that's not to say they're not experienced. They're actually very professional and will do what you ask if you're very particular about your hair. If you are feeling lucky and ask for their opinion, they will style your hair in a way that suits your face and head. I'd say their styles are also a bit edgy and hip (you're in a record store/hair salon after all!). Overall I've been satisfied with my cut every time I've been here. They took my late appointment, which was very nice and accommodating (6:30 pm). When I showed up I had to ring the bell because the door was locked. I was not taken back for an additional 15-20 minutes (she was running late from prior appointment). Thank goodness I only booked a half leg wax. Was a bit grossed out that she used a metal spreader (looks like a cake spreader) for my legs and kept reusing in the wax. Unsure why as there were wood sticks next to the wax. Gross but I'm hoping it was my fresh wax and not used again. Certainly wouldn't have tolerated that for a bikini or other wax. The ladies were nice. The hygiene is just not up to my standards.
