I have nerve meet someone that will just lie to your face like he does. Examples: It took over a year to get the bulkhead started and his crew was scary (wife or girlfriend sat on the equipment while the operator drove in the pilings). I had to secure the boards on top the best I could because there is not a board to screw the top down. Very loose. Does not drain properly. He promised many times he was going to put sod down next to the bulkhead but never did. Promised many times he would come out and fix the sloppy job he did on the sprinkler, never did. My wife told me if I ever called him again, I could look for another place to live. He always wants money up front. Don't do it. Find someone else. When I told my friends that I was using him they told me I was a fool. But I had paid him money upfront.

I wanted an iron railing installed on the steps, and the backyard terraced to eliminate the slope and raise the level of the yard. All intended to make the backyard more manageable. I explained this at the time. Mr Deluca sent a proposal and told me he required a $5,500 deposit to secure his services. I wrote him a check. That was in July, 2020. Despite frequent phone calls, and two letters (one of which I hand-delivered), the work in not done. I am not saying it is not complete. I am saying it is not started.

It took 3 months to finish, part of it was because of the weather. The gates either don't say closed or it requires herculean strength to open. The trees have all had either fungus or insects inside the leaves. We wanted trees that would not shed, we were reassured what was planted did NOT drop their leaves, they're 3 River Birch,1Sycamore, 1 Dawn Redwood and a Teddy Bear Magnolia as well as 2 Satsumas, 2 Lime trees. Pine Hills Nursery told us the River Birch and the Sycamore will be bear wood this Winter. We had a stone and brick surrounds around our screened porch. Several of the irrigations heads were buried under the added grass which WE found and pointed it out. One is buried under one of the stones and the other at the corner of a bricks. We discovered this after the job "finished" and the bill paid in full. When Tim Brooks was made aware of this and the fact that the Teddy Bear Magnolia was dead He said one of his men would come to see the irrigation problem. There is NO warranty on the tree which was blown down over the fence during the last storm. The fact that a very tall tree was not staked to the grown and no one came to replant it for 3 days had nothing to do with its death. The planting instructions that came with the tree said the hole should be " 2 to 3 time deeper and larger than the pot it came in. The hole it was put in was just big enough for the root ball.
