His price was a few hundred less than other quotes that we received from other contractors. He seems to be getting a good amount of work and is a pretty busy guy. The project did take a little bit longer than we hoped, but I won't complain about it. He did a superb job! He was very friendly and clearly communicated what he was going to be doing with the project. He did point out a few things that he noticed could be repaired, but he didn't push for hiring him to do it. He gave some pretty sound advice on how to go about it. Let me be clear, this was something we were already aware of and he was kind enough to let us know and did NOT push to be hired to help with it. TLDR: Quality of work was top knotch. Schedule was a small challenge due to amount of work, but no complaints. Great price and overall great experience. Would hire again!

Four days before the service he reached out asking me to confirm the schedule date even though it was listed clearly in the text messages. Based on my experience meant that this was going to be either a good sign or a bad sign. Often sub-contractors will use this as an excuse to claim that they weren't aware of that or that they were told something else and that they cant keep their commitment making it your fault. If not that they will use this to make you feel like that cant do the job for what they agreed on and use it to ask for more money. Two days later he texted us stating: "I will not be scammed by you or your client who you say needs a Purple Leaf Sunroom. My first red flag for you, I didn't have a choice on Creating my Own Estimate. Dictators of $1200 bs" We have not heard from him since he did not respond to calls or text messages....... We showed him the product as he requested before our phone call. He agreed to the $1,200 when others said that they would do it for $200 less. As experienced as I am with sub-contrators and their tricks or tactics I must say that I find the message that he sent disturbing. I would not recommend him to any one for anything. If you read his other reviews it seems that he had a similar review on July 3, 2025.
