I wanted to give them a chance despite having no prior reviews, but unfortunately my experience explains why. I hired them to paint and clean my property. The painting was decent overall, though several areas were missed and needed touch-ups. The cleaning, however, was poorly done. Throughout the project, there were repeated delays with both the cleaning and painting repairs. I remained patient and flexible, working around their schedule. Trusting that only a few minor items remained, I made the mistake of paying before everything was fully completed. After they left, the property was in worse condition in several areas. There were paint footprints, dirt on floors and carpet, and the fridge, kitchen, and bathrooms were not cleaned as agreed. They also left behind additional dirt that was not there prior to their work and did not return to clean it up. I reached out multiple times to schedule completion of the remaining items and received nothing but the runaround. With tenants scheduled to move in, I had no choice but to hire another cleaner to finish the job and clean up the mess they left behind. If you choose to use this company, proceed with caution and do not make final payment until you have thoroughly inspected the property and confirmed that all work is 100% complete. Do not rely on promises to return and finish later.

The…read moreexperience was horrible, we were overcharged, overcharged some more and we are outside painting and caulking right now where they cut corners on prep. I thought I was hiring professionals and I compensated them as such. They lie, they gaslight. Told me our house would be all brushed finish, go outside, they are spraying and rolling, then try to gaslight us that's what brushed is. Huh? Told me 2 coats are on, I'm like... no, you were only on this side one day and there are light spots. Cheap caulk was used, it's shrunk and has to be redone less than 5 years later. Concrete front porch and carport had prior paint so, that was included in quote, they didn't prep it correctly, it looks TERRIBLE currently peeling and scratched because it didn't get a good bond. The prior paint bonded just fine (they gaslit me on that also.). I clocked the carpenter time because I knew he was a hourly, their bill inflated the hours. I didn't say anything at the time, just wanted a bad situation to go away. When asked to correct things they missed, gaslighting is their defense. A very unprofessional bunch of folks. I see a lot of good reviews for them, but I am not sure how. Spiteful too, I had these round aluminum vents on the front of my house that I had all taped up when they painted the first time so they would have a clean line. When I asked them to come back and touch up spots they missed, they did this to my nice shiny aluminum vents that I had taken care of to protect on purpose just to be jerks. These vents were no where near the area I asked them to remedy. Bunch of %$#@ in my book.
