Beware of this business they try not to honor Internet pricing I was at the same fe store and was accused of being aggressive because I wanted the Internet pricing I told her that it was illegal to sell a different price than the internet she wanted to argue she eventually changed the price but with a whole lot of anger this also happened to me at the Lakewood store but they were a little more cordial and changed the price told me it was fixed which was 2 weeks ago still same price on the internet read more

For the most part, this location is fine. They have a decent variety and are fairly priced. My issue was with how the bud tender interacted with me and my wife. We are not local to CO, but visit family in the area often. When we paid for our products, my wife used her card on our joint bank account. When we completed the transaction, the man at the register looks at us and says "in Colorado, that's looked down upon". Being confused, my wife said that it was her card and we were purchasing products together. The man then restates "but it's looked down upon in CO". Like what? It's looked down upon to pay for your products with a joint bank account? Both of our IDs were used when checking in, so why does is matter which one of us pays? And why did he think it was necessary to belittle customers because we were paying together? It was extremely off outing and degrading. I will never be returning to this dispensary. And will be telling all Of my friends and family in the Denver area that this is not a profession establishment and should not be treated as one. Do better. read more

Awful customer experience. I went there with my Colorado paper temporary license and they held me for 10 minutes trying to figure it out before they rejected me. Went to Kaya on Santa fe and they took care of me. They also called THIS KAYA location and made them aware that paper temporary licenses are now accepted! Apparently this location didn't get the email or memo. Get it together! Go to the other Kaya location if you don't want a ghetto experience. read more

This place is the worst with the greatest location. It's smaller than my closet so they do not carry a good variety of ANYTHING. The guy that "works" there is always mad, and clearly hates his job. I never go there but they are only 2 blocks from my loft. They are only good for emergency purposes. And even then, you have to put up with attitude. read more

Mid to decent prices, teeny-tiny space, really nice staff. This is the closest place I can get to outside of the holy Lakewood "Bible Belt" of not being able to purchase recreational pot. Selection-wise, not a whole lot to choose from. There was literally only one type of indica, and one hybrid. The other 2 or 3 were sativa. Nice people, but I may poke around a few other places in the area for better selection/price. read more

I've been a customer for 6months and a Belly reward holder and I have had nothing but issues with the Belly's program management always temporarily fixes issue but every sign in there is always a pop up to verify email to redeem points I have been given no lie 12cards since signing up because the belly software is shit. Not to mention I love the $16 quarters but the staff their is fucking ridiculous you call to find out a head if they have any and get one answer on the phone and at the the fox location and travel to the store for nothing wasted time and rude customer service. I have maybe had 3 people who work their with real stand up work ethic and great customer service skills and let me tell you CHRIS is DEFINENTLY NOT ONE! All in all gonna be looking for a new store because id rather pay more money for a better buying/ customer experience. read more

Waited 40 minutes at the Fox Street shop, during which time they only helped one customer. Since there were people waiting in front of me I left. We could hear the staff joking with each other while only one person was actually helping customers. Everybody waiting was very annoyed, in a waiting room with 3 seats. They do have good prices, but I almost never see the same employees there. read more

I usually love this store and have been. Loyal for 3 years but the worker Liz gets the 2 star. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and today Liz did everything possible to be as difficult and rude as she could. I also had lost my ID and went and got the replacement which they now give a temp that looks exactly like the real ID with a Pic and everything and I have also used 8 times in the last 3 weeks at this exact location and she tells me they do not accept this with out the void it's company policy, but which I'm all for following but I have use it 8 times in the last month so how is this company policy and then my wife scans my belly card for rewards and she accuses her of breaking the law... Are you kidding me. KAYA ALWAYS HAS THE BEST PRODUCT AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT LIZ WILL DRIVE YOUR LONG TIME LOYAL PEOPLE AWAY WITH THAT ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECT. This place is okay... they only allow one person to shop at a time, and you're required to have an exit bag, if you don't have one, you can purchase one for 4$. That is ludicrous since most dispensaries let you leave with a brown paper bag that is stapled anyways. I'm assuming it's just another way to capitalize on consumers by making them purchase bags they're selling for much more than they buy them for. It seems the prices change depending on who is working which also sucks! They offer nothing over 25%-cbda for 25$. And there are also no signs anywhere indicating that their debit card terminals are ATM machines. So if you purchase something with a card, you'll be charged a 2 fee on top of whatever your bank charges you for using an ATM not associated with your bank. People should be informed of that before they purchase something, not when their looking at their bank statements! Like how hard is it to make a little sign? Oh, btw, they sometimes don't even put your weed in plastic bottles, they put it in a paper pouch that is pre packaged. So hopefully you have some old containers lying around at home.. lol. All the good reviews on here were probably for the 10% off which they provide if you leave a review. So don't be fooled by the copious amount of good reviews, this place is a dinky whole in the wall dispensary that is most likely struggling to stay afloat. Stay real guys. read more
