I reached out last minute, and Jessica was super accommodating and communicative. I loved that she was willing to help me with doing an option of 1.5 hours of combo services instead of 2. It was super easy to ask questions and make arrangements with her! Liz came early to setup, was super friendly and professional, and she was definitely a hit with all the kids (and parents with kids) who loved her artwork and balloon designs. I believe she told me she has 11+ years of experience with this job. They have menus of options for kids to choose from, but Liz was even able to accommodate special requests not on the menu like purple trucks and Hawaiian flowers etc. I even got some painting on myself! The setup was wonderful and you can tell they use high quality materials. Our kids mostly opted for painting on arms since they are very young and from firsthand experience, the paint washes off so easily, like a dream so parents don't have to worry about scrubbing and struggling to clean afterwards.
