Realtors were nice, but we were usually the "research department." Enter Emily. We are a senior couple with VERY specific needs (translation: picky, chatty, and full of questions). I ask a lot of questions. Then I ask follow-up questions. Then I think of new questions at 10pm. Emily never once flinched. She stayed patient, positive, and completely on top of everything.
