I did not see a parking lot; there may be some behind the building, but there was plenty of street parking when I went. As you enter you'll see multiple seating areas where you can relax, enjoy your order or sit and chat with friends. There is an area with children's toys and books for those who have small children with them. I went because it was the first bakery I could find in Victoria that has scones, and I was on a mission to bring scones home for my wife. They have several flavors of scones: pumpkin and maple, cinnamon apple, lemon blueberry, cranberry orange, chocolate, ham and cheese, (I could be forgetting some). They have other assorted goodies I paid less attention to. I got the ham and cheese scone for my breakfast for the road and bought some other flavors to take home. I loved the savory ham and cheese scone. If the sweet ones are made as well (and they sure look to be) my wife will be very pleased. I also got a coffee which was freshly ground before preparing. We communicated a LOT to be on the same page, and up until I saw the cake, I was happy, excited and thought I picked the right baker to create my sister's cake. Even though she couldn't do any of the initial cake designs I submitted, I chose one that she responded with, and it expected the cake to look like that sample. It had multiple thin classy gold drizzles and we agreed on that design. We later added another layer, at additional cost btw- I gladly paid for upgraded custom flavor, design and more cake. My sister, whose wedding it was, would NEVER complain- she has too much class. Even if it tasted like garbage she wouldn't tell me. But MY expectations were what needed to be met as the client, and this was an amateurish, lazy version of what I thought I was getting. Decide for yourself if the cake she sent to the wedding was what I should have expected. Very disappointed. Her professionalism in the face of my complaint was as disappointing as how the cake looks.
