Saw her for about three years. She was very honest, easy to talk to and empathetic toward my feelings. I'd recommend her.

Based on my brief experience with High St, I would never go to them in 10000 years. I called in the middle of August asking if they took the insurance I would have as of Sept 1st. I spoke to a woman who had absolutely no idea whether or not they took that insurance, asked me to 'hold on' numerous times while she spoke to other people in the background, had my ear blown out by an insanely loud dog, still got no answer, but had my information taken down at least two separate times without any indication why I was repeating the exact same information. (to be clear, i was not asked to repeat. i was asked later in the conversation as though it had never happened the first time.) flash forward to this month. i got voicemails from two different receptionists asking me to call to set up some sessions for the month. one of the messages alluded to the knowledge that I would be enrolled in [my insurance] as of the first. I called back and was transferred directly to the doctor's voicemail. i gave my name, insurance, and number and mentioned that someone from his office had called me. The doctor called me back and left me a message sounding utterly clueless as to who I was. There had clearly been no communication between the doctor and the receptionists. In the message he told me I needed to tell him my insurance and "what it is you're looking for." Funny, since various receptionists had this information, and I had just said it on the voicemail I left him. I called back and spoke to him, told him my insurance, etc. Wasn't I surprised to find out that even though I was called this month because they knew I had just enrolled in [my insurance], THEY DONT EVEN TAKE THAT INSURANCE. Thanks for wasting my time! Despite this, the doctor convinced me to set up an appointment with him to see if he was "right for me" by telling me they would only charge me if I set up a second appointment. Then, as though this weren't all enough of a useless pain, the initial barking dog receptionist called me the next day because the doctor had asked her to call and confirm my appointment. When I said that I had just made that appointment by speaking to the doctor the previous day she said, "oh, well, lots of the receptionists here don't communicate." Right, because that has anything to do with me speaking directly to the doctor. All I took away from this was that for a place that is supposed to help people and listen to them, they sure suck at communicating and they certainly do nothing to relieve any anxiety whatsoever.
