After briefly describing my particular needs to each, two seemed impersonal and disconnected during our conversations. It came down to the two remaining firms. After further interaction with both, the choice was clear, KS Law was the firm for me, meeting or exceeding my expectations and requirements.   From my initial contact through the completion of my case, KS never disappointed. Tina El-Fadel was professional as well as personable.  She presented realistic options and expectations, addressed my concerns and clearly communicated throughout.  The staff works together as a team and all seemed familiar with my case.  Communication from Tina and her team was timely, specific, precise and respectful throughout. I'm pleased with the entire experience with KS as well as the favorable outcome.  Thank you, Tina and team.

As much as I dreaded the experience going in she made it go as smooth as possible. I have to add I was beyond weary on cost. Her prices are straightforward. No hidden costs. Having such devastating experiences with greedy attorneys, I had almost given up on them ALL before…read moreI found Jennifer Millne-- I am so glad I did. ALL of my past experiences with family many attorneys ended up costing me my kids college funds and I have nothing to show for it. I've also interview nearly a dozen attorneys (for a new case) and noticed that they don't really care about your problems, only their pockets. In fact, some of the these so-called "great attorneys" are sometimes charging hundreds of dollars for a consultation and any communication with them. Even these attorneys that are calling themselves "Christian" attorney are charging for their initial consultation. Another problem I found was they giving me y false promises w/o real knowledge of variables and circumstances. I am a realistic person and I know that no attorney can promise you a "win", but it would truly help to have an attorney like Jennifer Milne on your side. After my initial consultation with her, she explained to me the facts, and has kept me updated of ANY changes. She gave me her cell phone number and email address; and I don't have to wait 4 to 7 day for a response. She is smart, caring and so up-to-date with the current laws that it would surprise ANY judge. The amount of attention I have received from Jennifer is priceless, even costly law lawyers and/or firms can't compete with her availability to her clients and her caring disposition. This review really comes from the heart, for she is helping me in a time where EVERYBODY ELSE has turned their backs on me.

After consulting with a few different lawyers, my wife and I ultimately chose Attorney Donoff…read morebecause he was extremely knowledgeable, clear and concise in his explanations. His fees were comparable to the others and he and his staff were very responsive and professional through the entire process. The only negative I can raise was that our initial appointment was at 11:15 and we didn't meet with the attorney until about 11:50, but this seems to be fairly common and was about the same at the other law offices we visited. As I normally do after I use a local service I leave them an honest review good and even bad at times, as I think its valuable to others in my community. To my surprise when I Googled the law firm and saw the Yelp review by Joel H. I was taken back it was almost as if his parents didn't work with the same law firm. However, as I read through the review I quickly realized that this was more about someone being spiteful then an honest review. It became more apparent when I read the last sentence as it was more of an attack then a review and the fact that unlike the rest of the review, it was written with anger containing typos and almost a hint of jealousy "Don't let his fancy officei fool u or the pictures in the wall with celebritys." No one should write reviews out of anger, if you are upset wait, take time before you write it this is someone's livelihood you are messing with and if its not the whole truth don't write it. I, like the other two reviewers have nothing but positive things to say because they are written honestly and not anger that said I do hope that others realize the review by Joel H. for what it is! Our sincere thanks to attorney Donoff and his entire staff and highly recommend their firm!

From the very beginning, he went above and beyond for me and my case. He made what was an incredibly stressful and emotional process feel manageable because I always knew I had someone in my corner. He was so personal, compassionate, attentive, and accessible throughout the entire process. I never felt like just another client or another case number. He genuinely cared. He guided me every step of the way, answered my questions, made himself available when I needed him, and always made me feel heard and reassured. He even took the time to speak with my brother, who is also a criminal defense attorney in another state, and they were completely on the same page. That meant so much to me. And then came the phone call with the results. When he personally called me to tell me, I cried. I truly could not have asked for a better outcome, and I could not have been blessed with a better attorney to guide me through the process. I will forever be grateful for what he did for me. I would hire him 10,000,000 times over without hesitation, and I will recommend him to absolutely anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney. He is worth every single penny and then some! If I could describe him in one sentence, I would say: gentle shark . He is kind, compassionate, patient, and gentle with you, but an absolute shark when it comes to fighting for you and protecting your interests. I genuinely feel like he was a God-send. An absolute angel when I needed one most. If you are looking for someone who will truly fight for you, guide you, listen to you, and treat you like a human being rather than just a case, hire him. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am beyond grateful that he was my attorney.

That is not an easy job, but Madeleine, Brandon, and Scott, our team, made it as easy as possible. We gave them the information that they asked for and they developed a series of proposals and options and we asked questions and more questions, (law often sounds like a foreign language), which they patiently and quickly answered by phone, email, messaging, etc. They have held our hands through the whole process and are continuing to hold it as we follow the instructions they have laid out. As we worked on the wills and powers of attorney, health instructions, etc., the pandemic was growing and so we did almost all of our communicating by phone conferencing or email. When papers needed signing, it was done outdoors in our car with masks and gloves. The procedure was well thought out and everything we needed was there and ready and now, COVID-19 conscious. All the work that they did for us was well planned and executed. That kind of work, the kind that really makes your life easier, costs money. It was worth it. Thank you all for your help.
