Preceding the surgery Dr. Barr spent significant time in his evaluation. He was honest and sincere with what I should expect from the procedure. I never felt pressured, quite the contrary. The staff was warm, kind and professional. In addition, they were extremely comforting during the entire procedure. The day after the procedure I returned for a follow-up. Again, the staff was so comforting, warm and kind. The final result is a natural look. I don't look overdone nor stretched. That was my biggest concern. I was back at work within a week. My wife has had dementia since 02/2016. Dr Nolan knows this. We have dual appointments so I can help. Today, Dr Nolan entered the room for a follow up to freeze 2 pre-cancerous spots on Cathy. I had removed the necessary clothing and the doctor entered the room, grabbed the liquid nitrogen without any comment or warning to my wife and began shooting the burning liquid onto her. As I got up to console my wife who was now very upset, the doctor moved on and sprayed the frozen liquid onto my wife's scalp, without comment again. The doctor bolted from the room and her nurse assistant explained follow up care. As the assistant was leaving the room, I asked her to relay to the doctor that I thought her interaction with my wife was very inappropriate. She said that she would do so. As I struggled to get my wife, who remained upset, dressed, the nurse returned and asked if she could help. No comment/apology from Dr. Bridgit Nolan.
