She accused us of refusing a driver when we told the supposed "new and closer" driver that we were told he would already have the new tire with him and that we needed him to fulfill what she promised. She waited 1.5 hours before even saying that she was sending a "closer" driver. They are taking $50 deposits with no intention of providing the service. I called Best Houston Towing, they answered quickly, the gentleman was super nice, quick with info, gave me a great quote for the tow, and let me know just what time the driver would be at our place with rims and tires to put on the car and to get to the tire/rim shop! It literally ALL happened just like that and was SUPER seamless!!!! The driver was on time, wore a mask for his and our safety, was as nice and friendly as could be, and worked efficiently and effectively to get the car safely loaded onto the truck and then got it safely to the tire/rim store! AGA Wrecker Service is a family-owned business. I specifically worked with Andy and Samuel. They embody professionalism, responsiveness, and respect.
