When I asked Joe what chemicals they put in the pool he said "8 pounds of shock" and said that I should run it for a couple of days. He also suggested that we get a new pump and left. When I called customer service (it was posted on website Sat. hours till 2PM) to speak to Tony, I got his brother who was rather nasty with me and said that he was "out the door" to do personal errands before heading down to the shore house and that Tony was already there. He said that he was "the landscaper guy" not the "pool guy" and couldn't answer my questions. So, I e-mailed Tony, the owner. He said that he called me back, but I didn't answer. So. I called him today. When I spoke to him and simply asked him what chemicals they put in the pool he was very nasty and asked me how long I had the pool. I told him a while and he responded "You've had your pool for like 20yrs and you don't know what chemicals go into it"... and... "I'm sick of customers asking me so many questions about their pools...it's not my job to "school" them on it" !! SERIOUSLY!!!
