That's not really something I would consider appropriate for a doctors office, but that's just me. I'm sure that there is a channel that shows something more appropriate for general audiences.

That's the kind of dismissive, unhelpful comment you'd expect from someone completely unqualified--not from someone responsible for patient care. Despite my **clear and serious symptoms**, his only "insight" was that I was just **"getting old."** No real investigation, no concern, just an outright refusal to acknowledge that something was seriously wrong. Then, after **handing me a sample of Voquezna (a new stomach medication at the time), they FAILED to record it in my medical file.** Could you imagine if I had an allergic reaction and they had no record of what they gave me? That's basic medical malpractice right there. For **two years**, I **begged** for a referral to a specialist. They dragged their feet, ignored my concerns, and only after persistent pushing did I **finally** get referred. Now, under a specialist's care, I'm on **Celebrex and Sulfasalazine, and my pain levels are significantly improved.** So much for it being "just old age," huh? **Fast forward to today**--I was **8 minutes late** to an appointment due to road construction **right in front of their office** (which they should be aware of), and they **acted pleased to tell me that the "doctor" had already left.** Clearly, they **prioritize rigid scheduling over actual patient care.** ### **Bottom Line:** **This office is a perfect example of everything wrong with the healthcare system.** **They don't take patient concerns seriously, they fail at basic record-keeping, and they act dismissive instead of diagnosing real conditions.** **If you actually care about your health, find a doctor who does too.** **Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored, belittled, and misdiagnosed.**

This was happening about 3-5 times a week and when my physical therapist (Drew Branch: he's awesome) heard about it, he did some kind of magic and now I'll be getting a brand new, safe, appropriate-for-my-needs wheel chair! I've got significant damage to my arms from falling, and I'm looking at serious neck surgery. I really can't manage any more damage to myself. Whatever your need, in my experience, Compassionate Care looks at you as a whole person and not just another check to be marked off. I'm so grateful for the excellent care and support I'm receiving. Initially I had no issue with Dr. Soloniuk-Tays (despite hearing horror stories) I never had any prior issues & thought she was great at addressing my needs. Brenda Kent was my absolute favorite, kind & COMPASSIONATE, always listened & patient (sadly she retired). Since Brenda retired this place just seems to be falling apart. I've experienced so many issues with them never answering the phone (if you are a patient I know you can relate). Their voicemail is always full & they seem to be having a revolving door of new staff (I'm sure that there's a reason they can't keep their staff). I stopped feeling heard & felt like visits turned rushed & like I was just another insurance claim for them to bill. I recently had the worst experience I have ever had with any "professional" establishment. I still can't believe the way their staff (office manager, front office staff, & Dr. Soloniuk-Tays) treated me as I am dealing with a stress-related disorder & post-partum depression. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, & HEARTLESS (anything but COMPASSIONATE). They tried to say I was confrontational for simply trying to explain to them what I needed and because I called them out on a mistake THEY made & refused to take accountability for. Dr. Soloniuk-Tays straight up told me there was no diagnosis or documentation of a diagnosis I was given by her staff & they "lost" copies of important documents I needed. She was so condescending & rude, trying to belittle me. I would recommend this place if you are willing to wait for appointments that are set so far out and get help from a nicer office assistant in the front. I do agree with a lot of the reviews below. They make you come back for test results from tests that they did same day AND you come back months later because it so overbooked. It took me 6 months in total to start the process just to get my shots. I rate this place 2-3 stars. So much could be done to improve and be a 5 star. The girls blame me even though I had proof of the appointment printout from them. I have also had issues with them hanging up on me when I asked for an appointment. The type of care I need makes phone calls a nightmare and these girls at the front desk cause me to have panic attacks!
