I was a guest of a wedding over Memorial Day weekend at this spectacular venue…read more It was the second planning of my friends' wedding, the first of which got caught up in a well-documented scandal at a another nearby wedding venue. I'm told they lost all their money in that deal. Making Bella Vista happen for them was a three month money and planning scramble for a young couple that lacked the financial resources to make up for the loss. Luckily, by delaying their event by just one day on the same weekend, they came out the true winners. I'll leave the details at that because I had no involvement in the wedding arrangements other than showing up and enjoying this couple's special day and happy occasion. But I will say this. If you're looking for a scenic wedding or meeting venue with a gorgeous overlook of Lake Palestine, ample parking, and a very genial staff, look no further than Bella Vista. They make lifetime memories at Bella Vista, yours included. They keep their word, honor their commitments, and won't leave you rode hard and put up wet.

We attended a wedding here tonight! BEAUTIFUL!…read more It wasn't too hard to find but gps did go out a couple miles from the venue. Be prepared for that! It wasn't hard for us to get there from Houston, right off the road! Secluded beautiful green grass, beautiful chapel, wood floors, echoey, good musical acoustics. Amazing AC in the chapel and reception. Bathroom at both sites, clean and easy to find. Decorated so perfectly, the chapel can be simple and yet the green grass and roses behind it through the windows make the perfect backdrop You can also have an outdoor wedding under the gazebo here! I love this property! Parking is easy to navigate and lots of sidewalks so you only have to walk on the grass once you get the actual parking area. Also there is a guest drop off which was a huge plus!

The staff is what really makes this place perfect. Deborah and all of the staff made sure to go above and beyond to make my day perfect. They are genuinely wonderful people. The chapel is beautiful. It seats around 150. We had an evening ceremony in there. It could not have been more like a fairy tale, or a winter wonderland in my case at my December wedding. The grand hall where we had our reception is plenty spacious and has a bridal suite that was great for getting ready and easily accessible throughout the reception. The food is amazing as well. It was hard to choose which meal to pick from the menu. We chose barbecue and were very pleased, I loved everything about Bella sera ranch and they made my wedding stress free and I had the perfect day because I knew I did not have to worry about a thing.
