I was sending same-day, surprise birthday flowers. I ordered before 10:00 am. Mid-afternoon I started to worry because the recipient hadn't sent me a text to saying "AWWW, thank you" or similar. I looked at my order and realized I gave the wrong cell number. (OY!) So, I called The Blossom Shoppe. The nicest lady answered. She was amazing, calm and knowledgeable. NO, they hadn't delivered the birthday arrangement yet because the weather was hot. My instructions requested to leave on a side porch because I wasn't sure if the birthday-girl would be home. So, they decided to deliver the arrangement near the end of the day. It was a TOTAL SUCCESS. The arrangement was delivered just as she was leaving for a celebratory dinner.
