We arrive together and give our names, more than once, due to a language barrier that isn't necessarily a barrier for me, having worked in hospitality as a hotel concierge who's very job description is to recommend just this kind of service. As par for the course, if I didn't have bad luck I would have no luck, and three minutes AFTER me and mom arrive, another client with my name enters, gives her name and BAM, me and mom don't get to do this bonding ritual TOGETHER. Dude who made the appointment last week puts the same named lady as me in the chair that I got there FIRST for, and tells me to WAIT. Yeah. Nope!! I know exactly what occurred; she's the REGULAR and I WAS going to be a great tipping, service industry working, potential driver of a lot of business in the form of ladies who stay in nice hotels that might want to get their nails done while on vacation. Needless to say, I didn't even think twice about saying "no thanks," when this guy tells me to pick out a color polish, as a am made to wait for someone who's name is mine, but came AFTER me and mom, who's plan to do something TOGETHER.... was ruined. Lucky it wasn't Mother's Day when it was my sis and mom. Not sure they'll be back either. Hmmmmmm. Am I the jerk? I don't think so. An appointment is an appointment and TIME is money. This place ain't getting mine....

Decided to try this place for a men's haircut. Booked my appointment online with Jennifer for two…read moredays later. Showed up a couple minutes early and was walked back straight away. Told Jennifer what I was looking for and she delivered. Even got a shampoo and conditioner during the service. She let me know if I wasn't happy with my haircut to come back and she'd fix it. Didn't need to do that but I will definitely be coming back for more haircuts. Prices are very reasonable and service is great.

By far this salon is the most unprofessional, worst customer service and work I have EVER had done with my nails in 35 years! Sarah told me now call if you have any problems. I had my nails done on Wednesday. By Thursday one broke, on Friday my two thumbs chipped and broke and by 1 week later 5 are all broken. I called on Thursday, Morgan answered and hung up on me twice. I then called right back and had to leave a message. No one got back to me by Friday afternoon and I had a VIP dinner Saturday night with no time to get repaired. So I kept my hands hidden under the table all evening. I called again on Monday and still today on The next Friday no return phone calls. NO RECOMMENDATION FROM ME!

Very odd first time experience. I made an appointment for 3 PM for a structure gel manicure…read more Started with one lady who seemed to really struggle using the e-file and kept catching the sides of my nails and apologizing frequently. Another lady came over and was instructing her how to use the correct bit for the file and how to do things correctly. I was then transferred to the second lady to apply the gel which went fine. I was then transferred back to the first lady for polish application, which took a very long time and ended up being very wrinkly and not smooth. Didn't leave until 5:15 p. Ended up being charged $75 for a manicure that I would redo immediately if it turned out that bad at home.
