He proceeded to say that because I did not respond to his email, that it was my fault that he lost a commission. It was extremely unprofessional and immature to be blamed for his loss in commission when I was only inquiring about a rental property through Zillow. I had never spoken with him before this and did not hire an agent for my search. I was very disappointed that he blamed me for his pit falls and hope that this doesn't reflect the rest of the group. David is not someone I would ever work with or recommend in the future.

Hello, I am giving my honest opinion after reading the reviews and being accosted by another…read moreresident, I felt I had to speak out in defense of the property and the leasing agent, Cheryl. While walking my dog, a resident ran out and wanted to know if I had problems with my home. She insisted that I come in and look at the things she felt were not up to her standards, valid. I did not go in but did read her review and did not think it was fair. First, Cheryl is a leasing agent. Like a real estate agent, she shows the homes, gets you moved in and does her best to take care of any issues. But she is not a Property Manager nor a Maintenance manager, she relays information. The neighbor is like "she over promises and under delivers" and I feel that was a mean girl statement. I spoke to Cheryl about my concerns and like she said "I am at the mercy of the weather and builders, if I give any information to my residents it is because that is what I have been told. Secondly-When I moved in I was VERY AWARE that this is an active construction zone. We were given an incentive to give grace during this time. It is slowly improving and I like the daily growth. But that's just me. I have met a few of the neighbors-the ones not charging at me on the street-and have had some great interactions. I chose to move to this community for many reasons-knowing there would be hiccups-but knowing sooner rather than later this will be amazing! Thirdly-Seriously, why are we attacking an individual-is there a personal reason anyone would call out an employee? What happened to giving Grace? Don't we all want a great place with great neighbors-that is what I am seeing come to fruition.

Granby Townhomes and Prism Real Estate have been an absolute nightmare…read more We moved out of state, toured the leasing office, and chose to live here because the leasing office was nearly perfection. Our unit is nothing comparable. Not even close. We were told the wrong address prior to moving (new build) and had to do two changes of address and had a lot of mail missing or arrived later than we needed it. Cheryl over promises and under delivers. We moved into a disaster. Water damaged baseboards and door trim on all of our doors (still not replaced). Nothing was cleaned. It took Cheryl 15 emails a month later to schedule a proper cleaning. We had nails, plaster, construction debris, and paper in our air vents. The finishes are either not completed at all or very careless. Paint on everything - carpet in every room, the floors, hardware, baseboards, counters, ...everything. Please do not choose to live here. Every other neighbor we have become friends with have the same issues. Some have mold and electrical issues - even worse issues than we do. Incomplete/damage tile in the kitchen, if we turn the light on under the microwave, the inside and outside of the microwave is burning hot so there's some kind of issue there. The layout is truly awful so I can't imagine having more than 2 people and a dog in one unit. We could go on and on all day about our issues. They don't call you prior to coming over - they email saying someone is on the way! They say they knock and then leave. We have a dog and he would alert us quickly if they did. Brian the maintenance man is kind but they have him overloaded and we feel absolutely sorry for him. 50 emails, over 10 voicemails I've left for Prism and not a single call back. We have no contact number for an emergency if something were to happen. We are paying for a gym and a pool and they haven't even started on either one. Cheryl promised grass two months ago and still haven't started on that either. No street lights anywhere in our neighborhood so walking our dog early in the morning or after the sun goes down is terrifying and unsafe. We pay almost $3K a month so for a new build and at this price point - it's beyond unacceptable. There's not 1 thing we enjoy about living here.
