I love going to my appointments there. I'm glad our area has something we can all enjoy. I see Gloria for my hair. She's a color goddess (I don't know how she does it but my reds and purples stay for months and I do not follow any of the rules as far as washing don't use hot water, etc. ) very welcoming and I always leave her chair happy. She's a ray of sunshine. Jen does my pedicures. Jen is the woman we all strive to be. She also gives the best pedicures in the world. I'm newer to the area and Jen was one of the first people I met. She really just has a way about her. I love this place and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as me. There are others that do hair and pedicures. They all do a great job. The vibe in the salon is so happy and fun. The owner has put together the dream team! I love all their fun reels!

I had no plans on visiting Henry Community Health on July 21, 2020 but plans are made and changed…read more I was just walking down stairs and received a quad injury. What seemed like for ever but was just minutes I was in the back of a ambulance and off to Emergency Room. I was in a great deal of pain and they were able to control and get the test ran that were greatly needed. The Doctor and staff through running several test and exams were able to find my injuries. Severe sprain on right ankle. I had also torn my quadricep tendon. Unfortunately, that met surgery and quickly. Good news for my family and I was we didn't have to be transferred to another hospital to see a specialist. HCH has a Doctor in house that could to the surgery. Dr. Kyle Siewert came in and completed my surgery. I was than moved to progressive care for the remainder of my stay. Was treated wonderfully by staff from many departments. Before they would leave the room they all asked if there was anything I needed. So now up to go home day. What is my future going to be. Well before leaving HCH had arranged for a wheelchair and walker to be delivered to HCH to assist me in my home care needs. HCH also arranged for in home therapy. I have had 6 visits with them so far and have seen improvements. I must say I am extremely happy. So I said all that to say this. Henry and surrounding counties if you think this rural hospital is just that a rural/farm hospital your wrong. Henry Community Health has an array of specialists and you should take complete advantage of what our community has to offer and spread the word.

And not from just the receptionist or the person taking my vitals or even the nurses and Doctor herself. I sampled away feeling they did everything they could as quickly as they could to make my pain minimum to try their best to making it all go away. They actually had compassion!!!!! Every single person I came in to contact was beyond sweet and ready quickly to help me out! I have Gastroparesis. My flare up lasted for three weeks causing me to lose twenty pounds or so. The pain was more intense then I'd ever fel before in my lode. I want med to quit and just give up. They made this visit beyond amazing and it was caring for me not just another patient!!!! This whole night crew was phenomenal!!! I can't express the wonderful experience I had tonight! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Will definitely return if needed

I called several doctors in the area and all of them were booked until a month later, but I needed my medication filled ASAP because I was almost out. Anyone who takes anti depressants knows that you can't just skip your medication without side affects, so this was important. I expressed to the receptionist that I needed an appointment ASAP and she told me that she would put a sticky note down to call me if there are any cancellations, even though they normally don't do that. Within 3 days, I received a call that there was a cancellation, so I went in. The receptionist was kind and so was Daniels. She seemed to really care about her patients. My insurance only covers 90 day supply of my meds and she worked with me on that and even gave me 1 refill on them, so I don't have to worry about going through the hassle for 6 months. Love this place.

Only thing I have ever asked for was help with medical issues, such as being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. On my appointment weeks ago I showed up for my appointment to talk with and meet this strange so called "pain doctor." I decided on this visit to wear my new red baseball cap that SIMPLY reads on front 'MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.' IF course for us who are educated know this hat was inspired by President Donald Trump. I feel it is very possible....no extremely relevant that this foreign pain doctor decided to rather hurt me because of what I believe in as an AMERICAN and not to treat my many pain symptoms. I was…read moreshocked because I had specifically made sure all the exams and tests would be covered by my insurance when I made the appointment. When you call to contest a charge, the office directs you to a third-party billing service that can't even help you. I've been to two other eye doctors in Muncie with the same insurance and never had to pay more than $15 for the same exams and tests. Also, they have patients wait in a narrow hallway, next to each other, and don't require masks, which is exceptionally unprofessional and unhealthy for a medical office. The whole experience has been very disappointing and I will not go back.

The doctor I see is very attentive and listens well to what I have to say. She does not come across as a know-it-all, but even listens to your ideas of what might be wrong and is very willing to work out a plan you feel comfortable with. Of all the doctors I've had, she is the best!
