The shred has shown me how to eat healthy, without forgoing the things that I love. I'm still able to have all my favorites but I'm more aware of what fuel my body needs. I have burned fat, toned muscle, and overall lost inches simply from following simple macros. If the staff were half as friendly and competent as the members, I would almost have one thing positive to say about this gym. If you actually decide to waste your money here, God forbid you try to cancel your membership as they will put a hold on your account, rather than canceling it, so they can continue to charge you monthly as well as tack on additional "annual" and "equipment" fees. Once you go back for the second time to try to finally cancel your account, they'll hit you with almost $50 worth of "Cancellation" fees, as if they haven't stolen enough of your money already. Plenty of other exceptional gyms to chose from in Richmond that I would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat, unless of course you just need to waste some money.
