At that time Laurie not only guided us through this difficult transaction, but offered and recommended resources that we have used throughout extended family in multiple situations. They had moved to Rossmoor community which had been a dream of my moms. Sadly my mother passed away within a year, and we had to sell their beloved apartment. Laurie was once again an amazing partner. She took all of the stress and burden from me, and made this transition as easy for me and my family as she possibly could. Her expertise made for a quick sale with very good results. I couldn't ask for a better partner in this journey of selling my parents' homes. I have no hesitation giving Laurie my highest recommendation!

"Amazing" would be an understatement for Maichee and Renee…read more First off, Maichee, who was our buyer's realtor. She is the epitome of poise, professionalism, likability, high EQ and high IQ and mostly, a genuine kind person. Extremely competent and meticulous. Hands down the best buyers realtor we've ever worked with. She found us our dream home, walked us through every step, recommended handy man, pool company, electrician, etc. She is like ChatGPT in human form. We absolutely adore Maichee. Second, Renee White was our selling agent. She is truly a boss lady! She knows real estate inside and out, and can probably sell just about anything. She's so charming and funny, yet so professional and "on top of her game" at the same time. Her entire team (Darlene, Michaela, Issac, etc) are all wonderful. They basically took charge of our house, made the necessary improvements, strategically got as much foot traffic as possible. Our house was sold very quickly to the perfect buyer. It was so seamless for us. We are so grateful to have found both these beautiful ladies to represent us. It doesn't get any better than these two!

We were SO Lucky to find Renee White ! At EVERY turn she was on our page from the minute we met. She would suggest the things we were thinking independent of any conversation prior. She worked really hard , had a team come through regularly to make sure client traffic had left the home in the same condition it was prior to their arrival. That can be daunting when every agent in the area can come at any time . Due to the soft market, we collectively decided to remove the listing so as not to take a huge loss and Renee fully supported, I think even suggested it , again, like thinking separate of any conversation prior. She will absolutely be our first and only call when we decide to re-list .

Her extensive knowledge about the real estate industry was immediately evident. As first time homebuyers, she was able to point things out to us that we would have failed to consider without her, such as details about HOA maintenance and projected resell values. She also has a strong mortgage lending background, so she was able to fluidly explain additional details of the lending process to us. 2.) She was not at all "salesy." Not once did I or my fiancé feel that she was trying to convince us to consider a home that we were not interested in. Instead, she patiently received our feedback and implemented it into the showing of the next site. Angelica always reassured us that she wanted to find a home that we were confident AND excited about. We both felt like a priority to her, and are so grateful to have been able to work with her. Whether you're buying or selling, first-time or experienced home buyers/sellers, you will be Angelica's priority and she will effectively advocate on your behalf.

Rachel Birnbaum was the Owner/Broker. She had a number of very good reviews so we called her and spoke for quite a while about what we were looking for and our budget. From the first call, she started working to find us just the right house. Quickly, she came up with a number of options. She actually videotaped homes she previewed which made things easier for us to choose which ones we wanted to visit and further evaluate. In all of our dealings with Rachel, she was always on top of things, keeping in touch on a regular basis and updating any new listings. We eventually expanded our search to include other cities in the East Bay Area. Prior to making our first trip up North, she would give us the pros and cons of each house, and the back story of the cities. She is both an excellent Real Estate Professional, and easy person to work with. We found a house in Brentwood, CA, made an offer which was accepted after some back/forth negotiation. She handled the escrow process flawlessly and the sale went through without a hitch. Rachel gets an A+ from us for the help she provided, including her knowledge of real estate and her mild easy manner. A win-win transaction, so happy we had Rachel on our side. Another quick addition, Rachel is married to a General Contractor, Ron Bruno. Ron actually did the renovation work that was necessary with the Brentwood house. His work and the subs he hired were also excellent. The work was completed on time and within budget. They are truly a great pair to work with from start to finish.
