It's kind of in an odd spot but when I finally found the parking lot it was really cute. It's not big at all but it was big enough for all of my godson's friends to play. There is a sand box that we played in... that was fun. The place is very well kept. The bathrooms were clean and they had a staff member sitting inside watching over the place. Good times!

First impressions matter, and the neighborhood around it was kind of rough. We parked and my husband immediately noticed the used condom on the floor. ... gross. Not what I want my toddler and baby to be exposed to. I said well maybe if we park behind where the gate is, it'll be better? So off we went. There are indeed two areas, a gazebo-ish area, and another picnic area that are covered and reservable. At the time of our visitation, one was being used for a birthday party. So we sat in the other one. There is a bathroom but it's not super well kept, in spite of there being an attendant at the building. Cute building though. The water fountain was pooling nasty water.. and parts of the park stank unfortunately, so it didn't work out for the purpose we came for. The best part about this park is the decoration and equipment. Fun toddler rides. My three year old loved the rocking horse and car and swings. They have quite the variety of swings and playground equipment. So the kids really enjoy it. It is clear that this park was super cute at one point. It's still cute, just not as clean as I hoped it would be. The trolley was not running but made a cute background. And the little structures around the park are nice. There is a grassy area next to one of the picnic areas. An ice cream truck came often as well.

I…read morecalled it my secret park and even though it doesn't have any swings the kids loved the idea of it being a secret park. It's in a residential area near the train tracks. Seems like it's usually pretty calm and there wasn't many people when we came. There is a bathroom but it has no doors on the stalls and it looks like they hose it down in the morning. So make sure you all use the bathroom before you leave the house. Bring a basketball too because there are courts to play. There is also a tennis court and plenty of room to kick a soccer ball or play catch. The play structure has a lot of monkey bars so it's good for climbing and swinging. There is a big slide and the floor has wood chips for a mostly safe but for sure scratchy landing. It's fun for the kids to get to see the train pass but it's super loud so the babies may not like it.

Over the years there have been shootings and other crimes so just be alert and aware of your surroundings as with most places. There's tennis and basketball courts, a baseball field, fenced in kids playground equipment, some tables and benches and at least one barbecue (nothing shaded) and restrooms nearby. The park itself isn't anything special and it can get fairly dirty from people's trash. Even though it's riddled with duck poop everywhere, I would recommend going to Oso de Oro over this place. At least if you have smaller kids who like play equipment and you want shaded outdoor seating. Sometimes I like to walk here and let's just say that I've seen some things. A lot of people for some reason like to drive up, park and sit in their cars for some odd reason which makes me suspicious. I only come here in the daytime. Sometimes people will get out and smoke which seemed a little odd to me that they'd come to this park to just stand around and smoke for a few minutes. One time I walked here after Pokemon GO had just been released because there's a Pokespot and I saw a couple of cars parked in the area. I got excited thinking maybe they were playing Pokemon GO, but as I got closer I smelled the weed and figured out what they were really doing. lol Today the park was empty because it was 106° but I did see another guy pull up, park in the shade, roll his window down and sit in his car for like 20 minutes. Not sure if he was playing PokemoN GO or not since I didn't feel comfortable approaching. An ice cream van came by and entered the parking lot at a snails pace. He stopped and parked for several minutes in front of the other car. It was quite creepy since there were only 3 people in the park including me. I just like to stay alert. I did see a bunny in the playground area, but it ran away.

Attached to the park is a dog park with a real cute set up for your pup. there are benches for you to sit and even a faux fire hydrant. i saw people walking on a trail as well though i didn't see how far it went. i'm glad we happened upon this little park. it was perfect for my kiddos to stretch their legs and run around in between our appointments.

You will find lots of graffiti here as well as homeless youth going through the trash, looking for recyclables. There is a small parking lot, restrooms, a few picnic tables, and playground. The park has a basketball court next to the skate park as well as a large softball diamond. It's really a pretty little bit of green in the city.

It's not a park-park, in that, there are no playgrounds and there aren't really bathrooms. However, right now, while one of the soccer leagues is using it for soccer on Saturdays, there is one portable toilet. (Keep in mind Soccer goals do not stay up.) Plenty of giant trees around the outside of field for picnics or fun in and out of the sun. However, No fencing. One side of this park is the school, two sides are residential area, and the 4th side is somewhat steady Millbrook. So keep that in mind. It is right next to an elementary school, but I don't know if the school uses it or not. Sign says it's managed by the City of Fresno. I'm not sure if there is some process for reserving it or if it is a first come, first serve type of deal. I do know teams use it for practice in the evenings during week nights and Saturday in the morning to early afternoon. Overall good for what it is!!
