Locker facilities are well equipped and spacious, plenty of private changing rooms for the ladies so if you're shy baring down in front of strangers, take advantage of the stall. There are also soap/shampoo provided but everything else, you would've to bring on your own.
If you've had one too many Danish pastries (and you will), put on your swim suit and do laps around the pool. You'll burn calories and make room for more.
