I really love taking my boys to Badger Sports Park. The only…read moreproblem is we cant go very often because you need a small loan to spend any length of time there. Today with the help of a Groupon, the kids were able to do more than they are normally allowed to do. They bowled, had a few turns on the laser maze and jumped in the inflatables. The laser maze and bowling get zero complaints from me. However, The inflatables gets 1 star- the inflatables themselves are great, but... The absolutely ridiculous turf, they stupidly put down in a children's play area.... I cant even! There are these black pellets all over the place "for your comfort and safety" Let me tell you my child's bloody murder screams from the pellet in his eye, that refused to come out, and the over 15 minutes he spent crying in pain on the bathroom floor, to his now probably scratched cornea... safety and comfort are not exactly the words that crossed my mind. There were a lot of swear words that did, however. This definitely ruined my son's fun. I really do not understand the point of this material being added. It is definitely not safe. I will not be back (for the inflatables) for this reason specifically. I would also recommend parents go to other inflatable entertainment facilities we have in the area. Everything here is pretty costly. As a parent I cant afford to bring my kids here often. But they do have fun when they go. I was able to play the regular video games for free (which they have a good variety of older games) while my son played on the VR system. They have space for small events. I was recently here for an INCREDIBLE pinball tournament from Texas (yes really). While you can go to district 82 for open play, competitive play is where it is at. Erik (et all - such as the tornement score submitters, tournament directors and so on) did a TRULY masterful job running the show. I couldn't be more grateful or honored to have been a part of The Pinball Super Series 2021, even if I did not play as well as I hoped. I am shocked there isn't more local interest in this place. I believe that every town should have a "pinball house" like most towns have a bowling alley. This is the gold standard template for such a thing. You could hit targets across the small field. They also had bounce houses, batting cages, mini golf and more! There was also a fun zone inside filled with games and arcade fun. The caramel Thai chili sauce with the pretzel sticks was surprisingly tasty. And , shocking to me, less spicy than the cheese sauce. You all probably need to: 1- have your servers tell people that IF they purchase game cards, there is a new card fee associated with the cards... AND 2- tell people that "suggested tips" do include game card purchases. My game card purchases came up to $96 for 3 cheap cards. My food and drink purchase came to about $54. So a grand total of (after 5.5% tax added to the entire charge- apparently this is subjective to the location (city/county determines) if tax is applied Gamer Cards. My bill suggested approximately $27-$33 based on the entire total including gamer cards. Even according to AI, standard is on food/beverage purchases only. However, to have your servers tell people, it gives them forewarning, if I had been forewarned, I may have considered more... but then, like I said, when I needed the server, Tiffany, I did not see her for about 20 min. So, I did 20% on the food bill. Providing the math on the receipt. Later (about 15 min, while we were gaming), I looked over, and I saw the server sit down at our booth with her hands in her head. Seriously, was she really expecting tip of approx $30 because of the gaming cards???? If so, I'm sorry to disappoint.

Tables and drink area was clean. Chuckie came out to dance with the kids. His level of energy/engagement is the only area of possible improvement. A manager-or at least, they appeared to be the manager- came out to clean our table. She thanked us for coming. Overall good experience!
