The laser maze and bowling get zero complaints from me. However, The inflatables gets 1 star- the inflatables themselves are great, but... The absolutely ridiculous turf, they stupidly put down in a children's play area.... I cant even! There are these black pellets all over the place "for your comfort and safety" Let me tell you my child's bloody murder screams from the pellet in his eye, that refused to come out, and the over 15 minutes he spent crying in pain on the bathroom floor, to his now probably scratched cornea... safety and comfort are not exactly the words that crossed my mind. There were a lot of swear words that did, however. This definitely ruined my son's fun. I really do not understand the point of this material being added. It is definitely not safe. I will not be back (for the inflatables) for this reason specifically. I would also recommend parents go to other inflatable entertainment facilities we have in the area. Everything here is pretty costly. As a parent I cant afford to bring my kids here often. But they do have fun when they go. I couldn't be more grateful or honored to have been a part of The Pinball Super Series 2021, even if I did not play as well as I hoped. I am shocked there isn't more local interest in this place. I believe that every town should have a "pinball house" like most towns have a bowling alley. This is the gold standard template for such a thing. My bill suggested approximately $27-$33 based on the entire total including gamer cards. Even according to AI, standard is on food/beverage purchases only. However, to have your servers tell people, it gives them forewarning, if I had been forewarned, I may have considered more... but then, like I said, when I needed the server, Tiffany, I did not see her for about 20 min.
