Frank was so nice, gave me a quote over the phone. We scheduled. I was dropping off after hours. I called to leave a message and they answered the phone after closing!!! Who is nice enough to do that? He walked me through how to drop off, told me Frank would take great care of me and he did! I picked up what I can only describe as a perfectly brand new looking seat. You would NEVER know it had been repaired. So people if your seat sits wrong, is cracking, looking sad on the always used drivers side. There's HOPE for you! I saw the photos of how they even fixed the actual foam under the seat, not just the leather. I am so EXTREMELY HAPPY! I have to tell you to go here. Don't think about it. If you have a sad seat issue. It can be like NEW again! Call Frank! It doesn't cost a fortune either. Just make the call!

We took the car in to Miromax, and received an estimate. They detailed what services they would provide, and explained the process. The estimate was $475, which seemed fair given the damage...definitely less expensive than taking it to a body shop. The damage turned out to be more extensive than they anticipated. The metal was stretched out more than it had originally appeared, and the repairs took more time and effort than they had planned for. They actually stayed open later than their normal hours so they could finish the job rather than keep the car over the weekend. Despite the fact that there was far more work and time involved, they did not charge us any more than they had estimated. The car looked perfect. They said it was 99%; we say it is a definite 100%. As a bonus, the car was washed and looked even better than it did when we picked it up from the dealership. It literally sparkled. Lovely people to work with. Honest. Fair. Above and beyond. Highly recommend this business.

Doc Motor Works Auto Repair truly saved us on Black Wednesday -- the Wednesday before Thanksgiving…read more-- and I can't say enough good things about them. We were on our way out of town when one of our tires suddenly lost pressure. It was around 5:30pm, most places were closing at 6, and panic quickly set in. We first pulled into a nearby Tuffy to try filling the tire, but as the air went in, we could hear it coming right back out. Frantically looking around, I noticed Doc Motor Works next door and ran in about 10 minutes before closing. They must have seen the desperation on my face because Scott, the owner, was incredibly kind right away. The two gentlemen working with him were just as wonderful. They immediately took our car back and discovered not one, but two nails in the tire -- thankfully both were in spots that could be patched. While they worked quickly and efficiently, we waited inside where they have the coolest kids' area. My son literally said, "This is the best day ever!" The entire experience felt like one of those moments that restores your faith in people. Scott and his team were fast, professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Walking into this place completely changed what could have been a very stressful situation. If you're looking for honest, kind, and reliable auto repair -- this is the place. Amazing service all around.
