Being a wholesale operation, Pak Butchers can also drive down prices to price competitors out of the market, and also offer an extensive product range making them very difficult to beat.
Whatever the case, the Kashmir Halal Butchers closed its doors during the recession, making it more difficult to do a complete shop in this compact cluster of shops in St Werburghs.
