I would not give them a single star if that was possible on here. I am literally only doing this to warn people: These people that run this place are CRIMINALS!!!! I was detained WHILE TRYING TO PAY FOR MY PURCHASES!!!! An undercover detective literally came up to the register WHILE I WAS CHECKING OUT & took my money & items off the counter. Then proceeded to call the German police to say I WAS SHOPLIFTING!!! Omg, if was INSANE!!!! After being physically searched, my body & my belongings, by the police, the management told me "we are going to let you go because we can't 'prove' you we're stealing". My husband works for a big German company and we come to Konstanz several times a year. I love it here. Truly. I found out right after this incident from one of my husbands coworkers that these "detectives" get paid by the case(as in roughly $150/ case)!! So, I was told I probably looked like an easy target for them. Whatever, no excuse for that kind of treatment. Ever. Anywhere. I don't care what country you're from!! So, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
