I wish Dr. Anderson was my OBGYN since pregnancy, but she wasn't accepting new patient for treating…read morepregnancy at the time (about 4yrs ago now). I was in labor for 4 days. They tried everything from induction to breaking my water. But my baby was just too comfortable to come out. Mind you, I was going for all natural so I wasn't given any type of epidural anesthesia for the first 3 days. Until day 4, they wanted to try the maximum amount of induction medication and worried that I wouldn't be able to handle it, so I was then given epidural. One of the doctors broke my water on day 3 evening, hoping it would trigger the baby to go down more, but unfortunately didn't do much. Dr. Anderson came and greeted me on day 4; I told her that I recognized her because I was trying to get her to be my pregnancy OBGYN. She was the most caring doctor throughout the 4 days I was there. She came check on me as she promised every hour. She came in to let me know that she was performing a C-section for another mom so it would take longer for her to come back to see me. Then, she came right after she was done. In the evening of day 4, she recommended C-section because it was almost 24hr since my water broke, and the baby might be too big to come down any further any time soon. I asked if she can perform the C-section for me - although she was time for her to go home, she said yes and promised to be there for me. I agreed with the C-section and they started to get the surgery room ready. Dr. Anderson talked and explained every step throughout the surgery. My baby came out perfect and she was weighing at 9lbs. Perhaps that's why she wasn't going down. Again, how I till this day, wish I saw Dr. Anderson from day one of my pregnancy or my labor. I really think that my experience would be a lot better than it was. I recommend Dr. Anderson for all the moms out there.

She is one of my favorite doctors I've ever had. She was so patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed which was such a relief- it's never fun when a doctor makes you feel like an inconvenience. She is so knowledgeable, would be thorough when answering my questions and go through all my options. She is friendly and always made me feel like a priority. I live about 45 minutes away but it was totally worth it to drive that far and I couldn't be happier with the care I received throughout my pregnancy!

I'd like to update my review for Dr. Ecklund now that I'm expecting my first child. As a newbie…read moreparent, I am nervous and rather ignorant about pregnancy and childcare. I ask a lot of dumb questions to be honest. :) But Dr. Ecklund is so reassuring, caring and competent that I feel much more at ease whenever I speak to her. Her response times are prompt too. At each of my OB visits, Dr. Ecklund walks in the room knowing my exact medical history. I don't know about you - but I've had doctors in the past who had to refer to my file multiple times or ask a ton of questions during my visit. Dr. Ecklund seems to really know and care about her patients. As a GYN, she is great too - though you'd just have to wait awhile to get an appointment since priority is given to us preggo ladies. And of course as an OB she is fantastic!

Thank God she's retired. God who knows how many people she caused pain to. Thankfully, I now have a…read morehealthy 7-year-old (naturally with no intervention or fertility treatments), and I credit that to stepping away from Dr. Ecklund's care and finding providers who truly listened. I'm currently under the care of a physician affiliated with El Camino Hospital and Bay Area Maternity, and the difference in attentiveness and support has been night and day. I would not recommend Dr. Ecklund, particularly for anyone dealing with sensitive or complex reproductive health issues. While she was helpful when I first saw her nearly a decade ago, my later experiences raised serious concerns about the level of care provided. Over the years, I experienced four miscarriages. After the first, Dr. Ecklund was completely unreachable, and another doctor had to step in. During my second miscarriage, she did not follow appropriate protocols, such as conducting a full panel of hormone tests -- something I ultimately had to advocate for myself. Most recently, after discovering I was pregnant again, I reached out promptly, given my history. Despite previously telling me to notify her immediately in such a case, her office stated she would not see me until 8-10 weeks. While this may be standard for most pregnancies, it is not appropriate for someone with recurrent pregnancy loss. Fortunately, I was able to find a more responsive and compassionate provider, recommended by a friend, who saw me right away. In addition to the lack of individualized care, I felt there was an overall emphasis on promoting fertility treatments rather than investigating the root causes of my miscarriages. After my second loss, Dr. White -- covering for Dr. Ecklund at the time -- strongly pushed IVF, despite the fact that I had been able to conceive naturally each time after only a few months of trying. It felt less like a thoughtful recommendation and more like a rushed, sales-driven approach. Finally, I find it concerning that my original review on Yelp appeared to have been hidden or removed without explanation, requiring me to repost it. I believe it's important that patients are able to share honest experiences, especially when it comes to critical matters like reproductive health.

If you're looking for the best OB-GYN, you need to see Dr. Noh! I've been to many gynecologists…read morebefore but this was the first time I didn't feel any discomfort or pain during a transvaginal ultrasound, pelvic exam, or any other women's health procedures. I had some pain and wanted a check-up for my vaginal and uterine health. Dr. Noh was incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He thoroughly assessed my concerns and provided a prescription and guidance tailored to my situation. The Korean staff at the reception and for the check-up was also amazing - so kind, friendly, and welcoming. She truly cared about my pain and concerns and made sure I was comfortable, which was incredibly reassuring. I can't thank both Dr. Noh and his staff enough for their outstanding care. Highly recommend this clinic!!

Dr Noh went above and beyond for my baby, my self, and my husband. He is very communicative and dedicated to his patients. Before my delivery I developed hypertension, he took every precaution to make sure my baby and I were safe. After my delivery, I developed mastitis and he was so kind and caring, I didn't want to come in to the office due to feeling ill and he insisted so that he could make sure nothing was wrong. I'm very thankful that he is thorough and caught the infection before it got worse. Today at my final follow up, I cried in my car after leaving the office.. I truly felt sad that I would not be coming back for check ups and that my pregnancy journey had come to an end. Most doctors I have encountered do not show such personable care for their patients. I know he will be retiring soon but selfishly I hope that he will still have his practice when I have my last baby. Thank you Dr Noh for everything, the world needs more Doctors like you.

She helped us through the our journey towards our first kid. She has been ever so responsive and empathetic towards my wife's requirements during her pregnancy. Being first time parents was a challenge in itself, however Dr. Nalwa guided us at each step. She is a pleasant personality who will make you comfortable during your consultancy visits. She understood my wife's pregnancy history and guided us during each stage of my wife's pregnancy. We live in North San Jose but a drive to her location was always worth the time. She made sure to calm our nerves and we always left her place assured and relaxed. She made sure we are prepared and right up there with the pregnancy plans, hospitals, pregnancy classes, pediatrician selection and provided references where needed. She has an excellent and attentive staff. The staff makes sure you experience at the clinic is pleasant and that you are comfortable. Delivering a baby during pandemic was increasing the anxiety for us. Dr. Nalwa and her staff had put in all the measures to ensure the safety of my wife and other patients by different methods like limiting the number of patients in the clinic and allowing only the patient during each visit. At the time of delivery she checked-in with us regularly and kept in touch with the hospital staff. We had a very happy delivery experience at Good Samaritan (They are wonderful as well!). We would highly recommend Dr. Nalwa, be it first time parents or multiple time. Thank you Dr. Nalwa for a precious gift of our boy Vayu!
