As other Karm stores in the area, the price aren't the best. Some things are reasonable such as the furniture.. if they don't sell by a certain date the discount it. But some items, such as shoes and toys.. prices for USED were more than brand new at a store.... I did end up buying a few stuffed animals because they were cute. read more

We have clothing and dress boots . Do they take these ? Most have never been used . The others are clean and no rips or tears .

Most expensive prices I've seen at a thrift store. More expensive than thrift stores in Washington, DC; Denver, Colorado; etc. Brooks Brothers shirts for $20, Lacoste polos for $18. Even cheap brands like Amazon Essentials were marked up to $12.99. Go to any of the other thrift stores around Gatlinburg and prices will be 50$-75% cheaper. read more

My favorite part about going to a thrift store is having thrifty budget friendly prices, they have a large selection of great items, but every single karm has the exact same crazy high prices and I am unsure as to why that is. Maybe the cost of the mission is up and they have to sky high prices? I don't know. These stores are beautifully decorated but their prices are just ridiculous high. I'm not even going to go in any of them anymore. I overheard a little lady chewing on the manager about how the Karma sores have gotten ridiculous on their pricing. I thought it was just me but then when I heard this lady saying this then I realized I wasn't the only one who was thinking it. The manager was saying that it is a charity organization and the lady said " I don't care if it is a charity. Your store is too $$$ and it's supposed to be helping people who can't afford to buy stuff new ALSO!" I hope they stop being. Great place to fund unique items, first place we go to on our way to Pigeon Forge. This store is unique in that it has great customer service. Great place. Great atmosphere. Very clean and organized. Best laid out Thrifting I have ever found. Prices are a bit higher but it's because they actually have paid employees who do hard work. All proceeds after expenses go to feed the homeless in the area. so not only will you get a better deal, about 1/3 retail you are doing good deeds while you shop! It's a win-win for everybody. Buying used goods is usually a crapshoot and they've taken a lot of the junk out of the process so yes you'll pay a little bit more and if you take the time to shop you'll find great bargains but not pay retail prices by any means! If you want selection, most Karms are amazing and have loads of things. However....I wouldn't consider this a thrift store by any means. The prices are what you would pay at an antique store or eBay. Don't go in expecting a cheap find. For example, the west knox location had a tube of toothpaste priced $4. Another example, two glass plates, exactly the same. One was $4.99 the other was $12.99. Even the cashier was confused, so gave them both to me for the same price. They should be embarrassed by their pricing team. read more

Of the numerous thrift stores we visit in Tennessee, KARM stores are by far the most expensive-- bar none! They are well organized and clean, but the prices are too high. I try and avoid them at all cost, but my wife likes them more than I do. Next time I visit I will share specific examples as the American public deserve to know the high prices they charge. KARM stores forget they receive these items for FREE, then do why charge so much? Lower the prices and provide a better value! read more

This is a used thrift store. People come in and donate the items to be sold at thrifty prices. I go in and none of the prices tell me it's a thrift store. In fact some of the tags on the items are higher priced than the original tags that sell at the original store. I love shopping at karm stores but the one in Sevierville is ridiculous. Their donated items are WAY overpriced. Tonight I saw a figurine I wanted. It had a 14.99 price tag next to the 12.99 T. J. Maxx sticker still on it! We went in 30 minutes before closing. I live 41/2 hours away and try to hit as many as I can while I'm in town. The workers in this store let us know repeatedly that they were ready to close up. There were a few items we wanted to purchase but felt like it was such an inconvenience, we laid our items down and walked out at 8:45 even though we still had 15 minutes to shop. We would normally never go in at that time but were coming back thru from dinner in Gatlinburg. Don't waste your time with this karm. The others in Knoxville are much more friendly and accommodating. read more

I read the reviews on the KARM store in Sevierville. I have also heard they may be a little steep on their prices, but I wanted to let everyone know this: I work at a place where we hand out KARM cards to the homeless. Unfortunately, we have many more homeless in our city than most people realize. KARM donates these cards (several hundred dollars worth each quarter) for us to give to the needy and homeless. They are just like gift cards and people buy shoes, clothes, tents that they live in, heaters,etc. They support the community tremendously. You still get a bargain on what you are buying and are supporting this effort. I would think most people would appreciate this fact, and some may not be aware of the affect that they genuinely have on needy folks' lives. Jeff W read more

I was very disappointed in the high pricing of this thrift store. Although it is organized and has a nice staff, the pricing is much too high. The former thrift store that had been in this building previously had true "thrift store" pricing and sad to see it is no longer there. The store has an awesome selection! I can say that, I was just browsing for clothes for an upcoming spirit week to see if anything caught my eye. I came in 45 minutes before close, and one of the lady workers were sure to let me know as I walked in the door that there was 45 minutes till close! This was rude, but I was like maybe she's had a rough day. Then every 5 minutes she made sure to tell us and every other customer how long we had to get out. Even 40 minutes till closing telling me I better try on clothes now if I wanted to, or I wouldn't be able to. Now, I'm here to spend my money & was in and out 10 minutes before close, there was no reason to be so rude about trying to get us out, when we weren't even planning on staying long. read more
