I had two complaints from guests in my short term rental in the first month, both of which Aubrey dismissed as guests being overly critical. I personally saw the lack of detailed cleaning myself when I went to the house finding crumbs in couch cushions and seeing that bath towels were not set up with presentation and consistency in mind. It doesn't take much time to make sure towels are folded straight and hung with matched hand towels and washcloths, but often it was mix-matched with some hand towels or some washcloths, making it look lazy and unprofessional to guests. Storage closets were also not kept neat and tidy and everything just thrown together despite me having color-based themes in each room. Aubrey then terminated our working relationship after 3 months via text without providing reasons, which I found very unprofessional. I always paid on time, even left tips, so I'm guessing she didn't like my desire for detailed cleaning and following guidelines I provided for setup between guests. Disappointing experience!

This is seriously some of the best money I have ever spent. I read recently that buying things doesn't make you nearly as happy as hiring services. Let other people make a good living doing the things that you aren't good at or really don't like. I'm so sold on this idea now. I'd rather have a modest house, like ours, and get help keeping it nice, than live in huge one I had to clean myself. We started hiring Mysty just for a deep clean, then upped it to twice a month, then once a week, and then added our small business to her roster, too. So much more happiness! She and her team always do a great job, and the price is reasonable. And I also totally love that the products are green and nontoxic- the commercial products other people use give me headaches, but her stuff actually makes the air seem better! I am trying to think of something negative to add so this review doesn't sound "too good to be true" but I truly can't find a thing to criticize about this service.

The paint from the original wall cover was bleeding through their single coat. The rep Forrest ran out of my mom's house before she could even take a look at the finished product. Again she offered the existing paint that did match the wall and ceiling but they refused. She sent them a photo of the room afterwards, they kept pushing for a Monday time frame to fix it despite my mother saying she wouldn't be available on Monday. She has numerous health issues, based off this interaction I wouldnt recommend them.

(Yes, I left the appropriate review for that business. ) Then, I went back to Google and found Glistening Green. I overlooked them before because of lack of reviews, not because of anything bad. Cindy called me right back and listened to my predicament and rearranged her already busy schedule to fit in 3 days of cleaning. I couldn't have been happier with the results. It took such a huge weight off of me because I am now taking care of my mother's most basic needs and helping Dad keep his sanity. I hugged her and cried when she left. It must be understood as well that my parents have always been totally against bring help in for deep cleans. They did not want a stranger in their home. Cindy agreed to come into a situation that she knew would be uncomfortable, but she had my folks at ease in no time. I would recommend her services to anyone. The work required tricky integration of new and existing materials and designs. Throughout, Nissen's craftsmanship and communication with us were first rate. We were impressed with their high standards, hard work, technical knowledge, creative problem-solving, good humor and timely and respectful approach to the work. Nissen's small team is highly skilled and able to handle varied tasks with minimal subcontracting. They have excellent knowledge of materials, sourcing most supplies locally while ordering several large deck replacement posts from Idaho. Nissen's approach to layout of unusually large and heavy tiles for one shower was ingenious: the team worked out the entire pattern flat on the ground in our yard, moving around different pieces to maximize design flow across tiles before cutting and installing. We are happy with the results and would be pleased to use CM Nissen again!

The awning WAS damaged when one of the workers, while pulling hard to remove the old siding, lost his balance and stepped back off of the platform placed to protect the awning, coming down hard. I am happy with the repair to the repair. Just wish that I had not had to go through the hassle. I have seen other work that they have done nearby and it appears to be well done. I did go to update the review after the repair was made. Apparently that is not something that can be done...at least on a phone.

His son took a picture of our email address on his phone, but nothing written ever came through; hence there was a verbal understanding he would start the job. He did show up to our house and started pressure washing and wanted us to pay $1000 as a retainer and for the pressure washing. We had to type out an agreement for this, as he never did provide anything in writing. After he finished pressure washing, he said he would come back the next day with color samples, but never did. We had to text him when he would bring them by and he put us off by saying he would text us when. Weeks went by, we texted and called and did not hear back from him. The prime season for painting outside was drawing to a close. Then one day, 21 days later, 3 weeks !!!!!! his son (not him) showed up with old cans of paint as color samples. We asked the son what happened and the son replied that Kino lost his phone and was not able to get in touch with us!!! Because we did not hear from him and time was running out, we had to hurry and find someone else to do the job. Kino only worked to pressure wash the house. Another contractor said the pressure washing job would be $500, so really Kino owes us a refund of $500. To us, Kino was a big talker, making many promises, but failed to deliver for us. W.M.
