Never once called us, I always had to call them, even after repeatedly being told they would call and provide an update. Even getting a refund took two weeks and intervention from the bank. In the end this entire process cost us extra money and delayed our home project over 3 months. Would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Abysmal experience.
