I called a couple of different locations as well as the billing department. Nobody returned my call. I even spoke to someone a couple times. They told me they would call back as soon as they were done with patients. Still never returned my call. I received a letter from a collection agency. They sent me to collections because they wouldn't call me back. This situation happened MULTIPLE times within a 3 month period. They couldn't call me once, or help me when I called for 3 months! When I…read moretried to search him on yelp, I got two other addresses- one in Warren and one in Cortland and wasn't sure if it was the same person so I am leaving my review under Dr. Smith since it is at the same address. I have been to so many different OB/GYN's in Boardman and wait literally hours for every single appointment. Dr. Eucker has seen me on time every single visit, and I really appreciate that. He's also very thorough and takes his time with you. He says he runs on time because he doesn't deliver babies, but I don't need an OB just a GYN. So, if you just need GYN yearly check ups, this is a great office with no waiting.

When my best girlfriend…read morewas unable to take care of herself at home, this facility gave her a lovely room (with a sunny window and comfortable recliner). She was on Hospice care during the March-June, 2020 quarantine. As her illness worsened, the aides and administrators kept her immediate family in touch with her condition. Her daughter was advised she could visit because her mom was so restless, which was a blessing. As the final days drew near, her three adult children were permitted to make final goodbyes. I am so impressed with this care and compassion!
