I arrived at 10 am (when the shop was scheduled to open) for an appointment made in person the day…read morebefore with the person at the desk (the manicurist), who wrote it down. The shop was dark. Robert showed up at 10:15 and refused to honor the appointment, saying the day was booked up. I explained that I only wanted a top trim for my bangs, which normally takes only a couple of minutes, but he refused. When I told him his employee had made the appointment, he said "well, she was wrong" and told me to come back at 4 pm, which I am unable to do. He then rudely said "well, then, it must not be that important to you." I was dumbfounded at both his rudeness and his refusal to honor an appointment made in person. I certainly would not go back.
