Enough pity party, it's not about me. Our little hamlet of Manson is blessed to have such a great dentist like Casey Sutherland, and the fantastic staff is a huge bonus. This is my second time coming in, and I actually looked forward to the appointment. If you have any dental needs, look no further, Dr. Sutherland is a perfect choice.

My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's, but the staff are wonderful in caring for her; which can't be easy. And a really fun aspect of a visit is the nature trail around the 100+ yr. old schoolhouse next door. The staff keep the trail well groomed as a country garden. It is beautiful! There is a hive of honeybees in one wall of the old schoolhouse, so you have the pleasant hum of contented bees as you walk the trail. There is also a nice outside fountain and chairs adjacent to the waiting room. A wonderful atmosphere!

The front desk tried to tell me my insurance barely covered anything,…read morethen I called my insurance company and they said oh no, we cover 100% of these things and 55% of these. My bill was 1/4 of what the lady quoted me because she had zero understanding of a major insurance company's coverage that she should be very familiar with. Then, she scheduled my daughter for an appointment without consulting me, and for treatment that was never discussed with me by the dentist. That appointment was canceled and rescheduled, again without consulting me. I received an appointment card in the mail stating she needed an extraction but when I called to inquire was told that it was for sealants. Treatment that apparently was in her treatment plan but that the dentist never discussed with me. Then to top it off, I get the bill and I am listed as the patient for one of the dates of service instead of my daughter, when I have never myself been a patient there, only my kids have been. Never again!
